猫头使用说明书
一、产品名称：猫头MT10二、用途：主要用于钻杆的上、卸扣。
三、技术参数及规范：摩擦猫头最大拉力 98kN（气压1Mpa）摩擦猫头滚筒直径Φ260mm死猫头直径Φ320mm猫头转速（柴油机1300rpm时）1档――94rpm2档――154rpm链条型号 28S-2×142猫头离合器 LT500/200T猫头刹车 LT500/200T外形尺寸 4600×1958×3027理论重量 5000 Kg四、主要结构及工作原理1、该猫头装置由猫头架、传动轴、链条和猫头轴总成等组成；2、此猫头通过转盘传动箱，由万向轴输入动力，经LT500/200T离合器挂合，传入传动轴，再经一级链传动减速驱动猫头轴，使猫头轴旋转，从而带动猫头工作。
3、猫头架为全封闭箱式结构，猫头轴上配井架起升滑轮。
4、猫头轴总成采用圆锥滚子轴承支撑，调心好，运转平稳。
5、润滑；轴承采用黄油润滑，链条采用浸油润滑。
五、安装猫头MT-10装置安装在底座猫头梁上，按照定位块的位置装入即可，再上紧搭扣螺栓，最后再安装动力输入万向轴。
六、检查及保养1、检查各螺母是否有松动，若有松动应及时拧紧。
2、检查轴承在使用前是否上好润滑脂，在工作期间要按规定时间进行润滑。
（每周加注SY1412-75 2号锂基脂一次）3、经常检查链条的润滑情况，保证润滑油路畅通。
4、检查各润滑轴承的温升，不得大于50°C七、易损件清单轴承53530 2件猫头轴轴承53526 2件传动轴离合器2件猫头轴、传动轴链条28S-2 142节八、附图1、猫头 MT-10传动图2、猫头轴总成3、传动轴总成。

2）快速接头采用优质进口产品，所有快速接头均带护帽进行保护。
3）手动双连阀采用优质产品，满足油田现场使用要求，在使用过程中绝对不允许有卡、跑、冒、滴、漏的问题发生。
4）管子及管件：采用材料综合机械性能强，耐压强度高，符合ASME标准要求产品，满足产品流量、压力要求。
5）操作阀与液压站进出油接口为3/4"NPT快速接头。

6）涂漆满足国际环保要求。
7）包装采用钢结构支架，所有附件（高压软管线、易损件、技术文件等）采用一个合理包装放置，并符合石油部相关标准要求。

Drill and tap the machine frame to match the load cell mounting holes. Note: The UPB must be oriented so that the resultant tension force direction (bisector of the wrap angle) isin the same quadrant as the load direction arrow on the side of the UPB.Bolt the load cell in place. The UPB load cell is designed so that either imperial or metric mounting bolts can be used when mounting the load cell to the machine frame. Refer to E in the Dimensions Table for the proper bolt size. Before remounting the pillow block mounting plate refer to the procedure below.Procedure for Mounting the Pillow Block Bearing to the UPB Load Cell (see picture above)Mounting the pillow block bearing to the UPB is simple and convenient. The UPB is offered with a pillow block mounting plate. The mounting plate is held in place by four stainless steel corner bolts. Remove the mounting plate, then drill and tap it to match the pillow block mounting dimensions. A centerline mark is provided on the mounting plate. The plate is to be drilled and tapped by utilizing this centerline mark to insure that the pillow block bearing is centered on the plate. Remount the plate and bolt the pillow block bearing to it. The mounting plate is 304 Stainless Steel, which is amenable to drilling but offers corrosive and chemical resistance. YM-10型液压猫头安装、操作规程及维护保养1 范围本标准规定了YM-10型液压猫头安装、使用和维护保养。
本标准适用于钻井队使用的YM-10型液压猫头的安装、使用和维护保养。
2 规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。
凡是注明日期的引用文件，其随后所有的修改单（不包括勘误的内容）或修订版均不适用于本标准，然而，鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。

Q/ZY 1004—2001 钻井队设备吊装绳套配备要求3 主要技术参数3.1 YM-10型液压猫头在不同压力下，钢丝绳牵引力、扭矩参数参见附录A（规范性附录）。
3.2 YM-10型液压猫头技术参数参见附录B（资料性附录）。
4 安装4.1 安装位置4.1.1 猫头安装在绞车和水刹车的左前方的钻台面上，至大钳拉动时的最小距离为3m。
4.1.2 拉动大钳的钢丝绳正对两固定支撑的中心。
4.1.3 钢丝绳拉紧后，钢丝绳与大钳中心线成90°。
4.2 安装条件4.2.1 猫头活塞杆采用向上伸展安装，上面留出满足活塞向上伸展需要的空间。
4.2.2 猫头支架垂直安装。
4.2.3 猫头支柱、支板以及拉杆等支撑件焊接牢固可靠。
4.2.4 螺栓、销子等紧固件联接可靠。
4.2.5 钢丝绳在猫头禊孔中固定后，再用两只绳卡固定在一起。
4.3 液压动力源、控制盒与猫头油缸的连接猫头油缸高压软管连接到控制盒的进油A、回油B接口上，工作腔接A，回程腔接B，再将控制盒P、O及泄油口分别与液压源高压油口、回油口及泄油口分别相连接。
4.4 安装钢丝绳组件4.4.1 钢丝绳采用φ21.725mm长7m的钢丝绳。
4.4.2 将挡圈和弹簧套在钢丝绳上，然后把端部做成套圈或用钢丝绳卡卡紧，做成套圈，连接到内钳尾柄上。
钢丝绳卡不少于三个。
4.4.3 在油缸处于完全收起的位置和大钳处于开始拉动的位置时，拉紧钢丝绳另一末端使各处钢丝绳均无松垂，并穿入禊块孔中做成圈状将禊块放入，用手拉住末端，尽可能的拉紧钢丝绳，使禊块禊入孔中。

YXM3液压猫头技术规格书一、总体要求YXM系列液压猫头组是石油钻机配套设备。
它与吊钳配套使用，用于石油钻井时，钻杆、钻铤、套管等机械化上卸扣作业。
和机械猫头相比较，它不但减轻了钻井工人的劳动强度，降低了钻井成本，更主要的是有力保证了钻井工人的人身安全，顺利地完成钻井作业。
二、技术参数1.型号： YXM32.液压系统额定工作压力： 16 MPa3.液压系统额定流量： 120 L／min4.麻绳直径：Ф30mm5.猫头最大拉力： 50 kN6.额定转速 30r/min三、技术要求及执行标准：1、该液压猫头装置的设计制造应符合液压传动基础标准，符合HSE规范要求，满足强度、防腐、防尘、防海水方面的要求。
2、液压猫头的设计制造应满足钻井上卸扣作业使用。
3、该液压猫头装置在环境温度-30℃— +55℃，湿度≤90％(+2 0℃)，海拔≤1000m 时下能正常稳定工作。
4、该液压猫头装置铭牌均采用中英文对照。
5．喷涂涂装标准：SY5308-87《石油钻采机械产品用涂漆通用技术条件》；JB/ZQ4000.10-86《漆装通用技术条件》6.配置液压猫头相配数量的的管线和接头。
7.供油口和回油口均为3/4NPT 泄油口为Φ10马牙扣。
四、配套范围包括滚筒总成、导轮总成、支架总成、钢丝绳总成、接头附件等。
五、防腐喷漆要求1.设备表面喷砂防腐，喷砂等级Sa2级；2.油漆品牌为“国际”油漆，底漆采用环氧树脂漆，面漆采用脂肪族聚氨酯面漆；3.设备主体颜色为红色；4.油漆干膜厚度：160-180μm。

2. 乙方对所提供的产品（包括配套、外购产品）负有全面的质量责任。
3．质量保证期按产品投产后12个月内，但不超过乙方向甲方交付后的18个月。
在此期间，由于乙方的原因，造成的质量问题，需负责“三包”。
4．甲方对乙方在检验过程中，提出的不符合项目，乙方应及时整改。
六、技术文件乙方随产品提供的技术文件包括:1．使用说明书中英文各5份2．产品维修图中英文各5份3．产品的备件、易损件清单中英文5份4. 产品合格证书中英文1份5、装箱清单中英文5份6、产品图册中英文5份7、包装发运三视图，A3幅面，含外形尺寸、重量、重心并提供电子版本。
所有文件均用标准A4幅面打印装订成册、并提供电子文档一份。
七、技术服务产品出厂后，乙方应及时派员参加在甲方进行的钻机总装出厂试验，负责各部件的安装。
如发生由于设计制造质量的问题，由乙方负责整改，甲方提供方便。
