疏通机操作规程疏通机操作规程一、启动前检查1、检查疏通机调解开关是否完好，用电线路是否有破皮漏电现象，检测漏电保护器是否灵活可靠。
2、疏通机必须使用具有漏电保护器的插排。
3、疏通机应有可靠的接地保护。
4、检查疏通机电源线是否良好，是否存在破皮漏线情况。
5、管道堵塞后很容易造成工作场地积水，在积水和潮湿的环境下使用疏通机时，应该采用相应的安全防护措施，如：将疏通机置放于无积水的干燥位置，电源线架高。
6、检查机器及配件是否齐全，紧固件有无松动，操作手柄等是否正常。
二、启动操作1、将软轴从主机芯轴内穿出，牢固连接在软轴上。
2、选择适当的钻具。
3、将主机放在适当位置，不要接触污水，钻具、软轴尽量插入管道内。
4、机器后部软轴留出2-4M其余卸下备用。
5、将插头插入具有良好维护接地的单项三孔插座中，使主轴正向顺时针旋转。
6、打开控制开关。
同时压下操纵手柄向管道内推送，握住已旋转软轴。
可操作本机继续运行几分钟。
7、管口与主机之间预留一段（100-300mm 软轴），并逐步增加推送的力量，使软轴前进，重复以上操作，并通过阻力区直至疏通。
将软轴从管道内拉出，空转2-3分钟。
三、停运操作1、拔下电源插头，收好电源线。
2、将疏通软轴从下水管线中拉出，清除污物。
注意：要防止软轴抽出时带出的污水流入主机。
3、将疏通机搬离作业现场，清理机器。
4、清理作业现场卫生。
四、维护保养1、每次使用后清理检查机器，确保机器清洁干净。
2、检查机器本身和各种备件是否齐全完好，螺栓是否有松动。
3、当擦拭机器时，要防止主机内部进水，不慎进水的机器未干燥前不得使用。
4、将疏通机保存在干燥的地方，避免长期保存在潮湿的环境中。
