一名优秀的教师不仅要有广博的知识，更要有高尚的道德情怀。

三、做一名有责任感的教师“师者，所以传道授业解惑也”。
我们需要有高度的责任感，严谨务实的工作作风，精心备课、细心讲解、耐心答疑，以平等的心态、欣赏的目光、发展的眼光去对待每一位学生，成为学生学习上、生活中的好朋友。
四、做一名真正的凤冈二中人凤冈二中的发展需要我们一代又一代人坚持不懈的努力。
