“小组合作学习”这一教学模式的应用给课堂教学注入了活力，它不仅充分发挥了师生间、生生间的相互交流，协作功能；而且还可以培养学生的合作意识、团队精神，让学生由被动变为主动，把个人自学、小组交流、全班讨论、教师指点等有机地结合起来，进而促使小组之间合作、竞争，激发了学习热情，挖掘了个体学习潜能，增大了信息量，使学生在互补促进中共同提高。
下面是我在具体实践过程中的几点收获：
一、合作学习的优点
①小组合作学习拓宽了学生学习的空间。
②小组合作学习更能体现出学生的主体地位。
③小组合作学习有利于提高学习效率。
④小组合作学习有利于培养学生的自学能力。
二、合理分组是合作学习取得成功的前提
要进行有效的小组合作学习，首先必须对学生进行合理的分组。
合作学习一般采用异质分组，即小组内各成员间形成性别、性格、学习成绩和学习能力方面的差异。
结合初中学生和英语学科的特点，可以采用按座次就近异质组合和以任务为中心的小组结合两种形式。
①就近异质组合：将学生的座位按异质小组适当调动，然后按各座次就近组合，每组一般4人左右。
②以任务为中心组合：以任务为中心的小组组合是围绕一项具体的学习任务或活动任务，让学生按个人兴趣自由组成学习小组，一般以2至6人为宜。
以这种方式组合而成的学习小组往往是同质组合，小组成员之间的个性差异较小，更有利于高效地完成共同的目标。
三、小组合作在几个英语教学中的具体运用
在英语教学中，小组合作的技巧可以在各种类型的教学实践中加以灵活运用。

写是检查学生英语水平的重要手段，写的训练要在听、说、读训练的基础上进行。

第二步，小组活动。
（1）提问：向另一位学生提问，了解对方的计划，完成下面的调查表：

到目前为止，我感觉最大的问题是个别差生不好处理，现在每个组内都有一个学习极差的同学，他们学习态度不端正，学习劲头不足，现在最基本的英语知识都不会。
另外他们不听从组长的指挥，顶嘴、调皮，嬉笑等，很让组长头疼，经常来找我告状。
总之，小组合作学习进行近一个月了，我觉得好处还是很多的，这种方法在很大程度上调动了学习积极性，特别是每周小考，主要考单词拼写、短语翻译和简单的句子翻译。
