体现在(二)学生工作促进大学生英语学xxx台搭建高校开展学生工作的过程中,可着力搭建英语学xxx台,如支持开展英语角、英语系列大赛、趣味活动;提供学生参加英语志愿者、英语支教等机会;开展对外交流学习、访学、留学、联合培养等为非英语专业大学生优化语言学习环境,搭建良好学习交流平台。
二、非英语专业大学生英语学习现状及影响因素分析(一)非英语专业大学生英语学习现状分析。
笔者通过问卷调查,了解A大学非英语专业大学生英语学习现状。
问卷主要包括调查对象基本特征、学习态度、学习动机、学习能力、学习成效、教学满意度等几个方面。
问卷面向A高校全部本科生发放,共收集有效调查问卷1002份。
1.基本特征分析调查对象基本样本特征主要包括性别、民族、年级、政治面貌、所学专业门类、籍贯以及高考成绩等。
1002个样本中,从性别看,男同学比例为%,女同学%,可推断女同学比男同学更关注英语学习;调查对象主要集中在大一学生,占比%,大二学生占比%,大三学生%,大四学生仅%,可见大一学生最关注英语学习,大二学生比较关注,原因可能为课程、考级等要求比较强烈;从调查对象所学专业门类看,人文经管社科类学生占比%,理工、农林类学生占比%,艺术、体育类学生占比%;贵州省学生占比%,其他省份的学生占比%,其中少数民族%,汉族占比%,这与贵州省的民族分布特征有关,少数民族较多。
2.英语学习特点分析(1)学习兴趣方面。
在全球化背景下,英语对外交际和交流能力对大学生的发展来说,越来越彰显出其重要性。
但大部分学生并没有受到全球化的影响,没有表现出对英语浓厚的学习兴趣。
调查数据显示,仅有%的学生对英语学生非常感兴趣,%的学生对英语学习较感兴趣,其他学生对英语学习不感兴趣;其次,调查发现大部分学生渴望参加英语课外实践活动,由于对智能手机依赖性强,更倾向于使用手机进行网络英语学习。

大学生英语学习现状的调查研究随着全球化的不断推进,国际交往日益频繁,英语作为对外交流的必备工具和信息载体,在人们的工作、生活中发挥越来越大的作用。
国内外已有大量的调查研究表明,学生的学习效果与其学习的动机水平,学习兴趣、期望水平、焦虑状态以及学习动力有着密切相关的联系。
大学英语教学已取得有目共睹的成绩,这从四、六级考试的过关率的年年攀升和大学生英语运用能力的不断提高都可以得到证实。
但我们还应看到大学生的英语学习的自觉性、主动性还较差,这主要表现在:其一,在授课形式上他们习惯于教师为中心,不能或很少发挥学生这一课堂主体的主观能动性;其二,在课外预习及复习中,他们只是满足于完成教师布置的任务;其三,在评估方法上,他们大多依赖教师的评语和测验的结果,没有建立自我评估体系。
其结果,使我们的大学英语教学出现费时低效的瓶颈问题。
基于此状况,写本文的目的在于找出大学生英语学习的影响因素,并针对这些影响因素采取有效的应对措施。
本研究对师大大一至大四以及研究生进行了随机分层抽样,共200人,抽样完毕,通过SPSS20进行分析。
分析英语学习的因素构成,进行探析,提出相应对策。
一.研究方法本文采用问卷调查的研究方法,从学习兴趣、学习动机和学习方法这几个方面进行问卷的编制,进而对大学生英语学习现状进行调查研究。
(一)研究工具通过开放式问卷的调查,所得到的结果再经过词频统计进行处理,得到了后续需要编制问卷的信息。
例如:开放式问卷所问问题为:“你喜欢英语学习吗?”,结果经过处理后得到:英语学习是为了提高学习成绩、是为了增加学习兴趣、是为了开阔视野、是为了放松心情缓解压力、是为了完成老师要求等等这些是与“英语学习”所相关的高频项目,而像“经常逛书店”、“学习英语并没有什么收获”等,都不应该划入“英语学习”的范畴,故删除。
(二)调查对象问卷在师大的五个年级中发放,随即抽取几个班级进行调查(由于每个年级的各班级之间整体水平相差不大,所以结果不受影响)。

2、调查结果分析-----学生的英语学习需求整体情况分析A、学生对英语教师的需求主要有以下几个方面:a、教师的基本功要扎实知识要渊博,教师要严而有道,以身作则;b、希望教师采用灵活多变的教学方法;c、希望和教师建立良好的师生关系由此可见,学生对英语教师的语言基本功、知识水平、教学方法方面、有着相当高的要求;学生希望老师在教学过程中以身作则,树立榜样;学生更喜欢老师经常激励他们;同时学生期待与老师建立良好的师生关系。
B、.学生对教材的需求主要有以下几个方面:a、希望教师在教学过程中教学内容不要固定在教材本身,要及时补充鲜活的内容;b、希望教材内容能有助于提高他们的交际能力。
通过调查我们发现学生对教材的内容的真实性、实用性、趣味性、知识性和教材对交际能力的培养的要求很高。
教师在教材的选择和使用上应注意趋利而避弊,在固定教材上增补一些新的教学材料。
另外,固定教材容易使教材的内容过时,不能反映外语。
实际的现状,并且还会造成教材的难度与学生实际水平脱节的现象授课时和班级过大等因素的限制,如何充分利。
C、学生对学习策略的需求通过调查我们发现有:小部分学生还不能有效地使用适合自己的英语学习策略;大部分学生认为教师对学生进行英语学习策略培训有必要,还有一部分学生能够经常反思自己的英语学习,探索适合自己的学习方法,但效果不理想,希望求助于英语教师。

大学生英语学习状况的分析与研究
一.摘要
近几年来,随着全球化进程加快以及中国经济的迅速发展,英语作为国际语言将负担起越来越重要的交流任务;人才市场对复合型人才的需求越来越多,英语也几乎成了一项必不可缺的技能。
可是由于继续扩招引起的新一轮的教学资源紧缺、教学方法不灵活、学生课时少等原因,加上社会与学校过分追求四级经过率,导致课堂效果不明显,学生课后学习程度不一,造成当前大学生英语产生诸多问题。
本文就大学生英语学习状况进行了调查分析与研究,并对如何改进现状提出了一些建议。
二.研究方法
本次调查主要采取问卷调查和采访师生的形式。
结合实际情况,在调查问卷中设计了12个问题,调查内容涉及英语学习的目的、影响因素和学习习惯等等。
填写问卷的学生来自文法、资环和外国语等学院,包括大部分非英语专业学生和少数英语专业学生。
另外,还采访了几位英语老师和外教,她们提出了一些对大学生英语学习的看法和建议。
三研究结果
1.英语学习目的单一,基于表层动机

大多数学生的英语学习动机属于表层动机,如高达65%的同学目的在于“应付考试”,过度重视四六级考试。

虽然她们认识到了新的社会环境下英语作为一项技能的的重要性,但这种表层动力,实则上是被动的、消极的,对长期的英语学习并非有利,有时反而会导致厌学的负面影响。
2.词汇和口语问题大,兴趣不浓厚

从表二能够看出,分别有23%和22%的学生感到自己在词汇和口语方面有困难,语言的运用能力较弱。
很大一部分学生在英语课堂上兴趣淡薄,抱着一种应付课堂的态度,甚至从事于课堂不相干的活动,无法真正参与到教师的讲解和互动中应引起英语老师的兴趣。
即使是英语专业的学生,在“外教上课听不懂”这一方面竟然占到了11%,说明英语基础差,缺乏自主学习能力。
因此,无论是英语专业还是非英语专业的学生,培养浓厚的学习兴趣和保持这种兴趣是学好英语的关键。
3.自主学习能力差
