当预期交货期要延迟时,要及时告知客户,不要等到交货期到的时候或者已经过了交货期再说,早说和晚说效果肯定是不一样的。因为有时候也不是最终客户,他也要和他的客户去沟通。等到交货期到的时候你才发一封邮件告诉客户要延迟交货,客户能不恼火?
