这种接口卡就叫做FC HBA,简称HBA和以太网卡的MAC地址一样,HBA上也有独一无二的标识,这就是WWN(World Wide Name)。
HBA上的WWN有两种:∙Node WWN(WWNN):每个HBA有其独有的Node WWN一般在solaris里面用#luxadm probe得到的结果都是NODE WWN。
根据有几个NODE WWN,你就可以知道你有几个FC HBA 卡了。
∙Port WWN(WWPN):HBA卡上每个port有其独一无二的Port WWN。
由于通讯是通过port进行的,多数情况下需要使用WWPN而不是WWNN。
WWN的长度为8bytes,用16进制表示并用冒号分隔。
例如:50:06:04:81:D6:F3:45:42查看FC HBA卡信息的方法在配置磁盘阵列或虚拟磁带库时,往往会以FC接口与主机对接,那么就涉及FC HBA卡的查看,本文就这个问题进行了总结与整理。
