心脏骤停的原因
• 成人常见原因： 6H:低体温 酸中毒 低血糖 低钾和高钾 缺氧 休克 6T(5T):张力性气胸 心包填塞 冠脉血栓和肺动脉血栓
• 当时伤者Champion 触电后休克，幸好有安全绳防止下堕，而 拯救者Thompson 迅速捉住他，并且进行人工呼吸，即使现场 无法施行心外压，却透过持续不断把气吹入伤者肺中，直至他恢 复轻微脉象，就与他一同松开安全带回到地面，与其他工人继续 CPR，等到医护人员赶到作进一步治疗，最终伤者完全康复。

他们和大白鲸欢乐的道别。
在拯救大白鲸的过程也是十分艰辛的。
一开始是罗尼摩。
斯蒂顿发现了大白鲸，大家都觉得他像一个礁石，直到大白鲸喷出一道水柱，大家才知道他是一头鲸鱼！鲸鱼看起来很是痛苦，大家就尽量让大白鲸的皮肤保持湿润，一直在往鲸鱼身上浇水。
柏蒂打了救护电话，在他们的带领下救护人员赶到了海滩，救护人员驾驶着一艘轮船，在它的牵引下将大白鲸重新回到海洋。
阅读这本书，我觉得故事中的老鼠们非常勇敢，善良，拥有智慧，遇到困难，不慌张。
我也希望能像他们一样遇到困难不慌不忙，找到解决困难的办法。
我们也要向故事中的老鼠们一样爱护动物，真爱他们的生命。
拯救读后感2《自己拯救自己》这本书诠释了全世界成功人士都在遵守的100条经典法则，同时也告诉我，要想取得成功，就必须遵守这些法则。
生物学家说：“飞蛾在由蛹变茧时，翅膀萎缩，十分柔软；在破茧而出时，必须要经历生与死的痛苦挣扎，身体中的体液才能流到翅膀上去，翅膀才能坚韧有力，才能支持它在空中飞翔。
”有个故事讲了一天有个人凑巧看到树枝上有一只茧在蠕动，好像有蛾要从里面破茧而出，于是他兴致勃勃地准备见识一下破茧化蝶的美丽过程。
时间一分一秒的过去，只见蛾在茧里奋力挣扎，但却一直不能挣脱茧的束缚，好像是再也不能破茧而出了。
于是他便决定伸出援手，他用刀在茧上的开了一个小洞，以便让饿摆脱束缚容易一些。
在他的帮助下，不一会蛾就从茧里很容易地爬了出来，但是它的身子非常臃肿，翅膀也异常萎缩，耷拉在两边伸展不开。
蛾只是跌跌撞撞地爬着，怎么也飞不起来，又过了一会，蛾就死了。
这个故事很好的诠释了自己是自己最大的贵人，自己是自己最可靠的救星，只有自己才能拯救自己。
