体样品，其粒径为28 nm，φm，eff为0.50，通过以上公式计 算获得deff为30.4 nm，表面电位ψs为22 mV。通过粒子表面 电位还可以计算单个粒子表面的电荷数，他们的计算结果 是每个粒子表面含有200个电荷，这与通过电导滴定获得 的数据每个粒子含有494个电荷出现较大差异。Dairanieh 等认为这些水性聚氨酯分散体粒子中有一部分离子是被 包埋在粒子内部，这部分离子是可以被电导滴定，而流变 学方法测定的是真实的粒子表面电荷数。

对于单分散球体，堆积系数与球体大小无关。对于粒子粒 径不为单分散体系，粒径分布越宽，堆积系数越大。按理 水性聚氨酯分散体粒径多为多分散体系，其φm应该超过 0.64。造成水性聚氨酯分散体堆积系数远低于理论值的因 素是水性聚氨酯分散体粒子的相互作用和流体力学造成 的粒子之间相互作用。 水性聚氨酯分散体粒子双电层相互排斥使得粒子不 能完全靠近，实质上是增加了粒子在流变学意义上的有效 直径和体积。
球体型颗粒，长轴与短轴比越大，特性黏度值上升。 假定η＝2.5，φmax＝0.64，对 Krieger-Dougherty 公 式作图可以获得分散体黏度与分散体粒子体积分数的关 系图 1。 从图 1 可以看出分散体黏度与固含量(分散质体积 分数)的关系特征， 分散体固含量较低使分散体黏度随着固 含量增加缓慢增加，接近φmax 时随着分散体固含量增加分 散体黏度迅速上升，超过φmax 分散体失去流动性。

颗粒剂常用的辅料及包衣材料一、颗粒剂常用的辅料1、填充剂常用品种：淀粉、乳糖、糊精、糖粉、硫酸钙、蔗糖、甘露醇、微晶纤维素、葡萄糖。
2、粘合剂常用品种：1、天然的：淀粉浆、预胶化淀粉、糊精。
2、合成：聚维酮、乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素。
3、润湿剂常用品种：蒸馏水、乙醇4、崩解剂常用品种：淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、微晶纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、低取代-羟丙基纤维素、枸橼酸、聚山梨酯80 5、润滑剂润滑剂的分类：1、疏水性及水不溶性润滑剂：硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、氢化植物油 。
2、水溶性润滑剂：聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠。
3、助流剂：微粉硅胶、滑石粉。
4、润滑剂常用品种：硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、氢化植物油、氢氧化铝凝胶、氧化镁、石蜡、白油、甘油、甘氨酸。
二、颗粒剂常用的6种包衣材料目前常用的颗粒剂薄膜包衣材料主要参照中西药片剂的包衣材料, 因此中西药颗粒剂的包衣材料也具有通用性。
薄膜包衣材料主要分为水溶性材料、肠溶性材料、不溶性材料。
现仅就目前常用及有发展前景的包衣材料的发展现状综述如下：1、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为目前应用较广、效果较好的一种包衣材料, 其特点是成膜性好。
它既可溶于有机溶剂或混合溶剂, 也能溶于水, 衣膜在热、光、空气及一定的湿度下很稳定。
为解决便通胶囊吸湿问题、用羟丙基甲基纤维素对便通胶囊中药颗粒进行薄膜包衣。
以吸湿率为考察指标, 研究了包衣过程中影响包衣颗粒吸湿率的各因素, 用均匀设计和计算机模拟实验选择了最优包衣工艺。
结果在25℃、相对湿度75% 及相对湿度100% 的条件下,包衣颗粒较未包衣颗粒吸湿速度慢, 包衣颗粒的临界相对湿度较未包衣颗粒临界相对湿度大。
因此便通胶囊中药颗粒采用HPMC 薄膜包衣对防吸湿有较好的效果。
在研究适于吞服的中药颗粒剂制备方法时, 以HPMC 包衣制备的颗粒剂, 不仅可掩盖苦味, 易于吞服, 而且具有优越的防潮性能, 利于中药稳定性的提高。
因此, 制备吞服型颗粒剂可选HPMC 作为包衣材料。

脂环族阴离子水性聚氨酯分散体的结构及表征柴淑玲1,杨莉燕2,谭惠民3 (1.山东轻工业学院轻化与环境工程学院,济南250100;2.北京石油化工学院材料与化工学院,北京102617;3.北京理工大学材料科学与工程学院,北京100081) 摘 要:以异佛二酮二异氰酸酯(I P D I )为原料,采用内乳化法合成了不同羧基含量的阴离子水性聚氨酯分散液,利用FT -I R 、DSC 、TE M 、TG A 、XRD 对其结构进行了表征。
结果表明,所合成的水性聚氨酯中氢键主要存在于硬段的亚氨基与硬段的氨酯羰基和脲羰基之间。
在-100～220℃的温度范围内出现了2个玻璃化转变,其热分解主要经历了两个阶段。
随着羧基质量分数增加,水性聚氨酯硬段与硬段间的氢键增加,软段的玻璃化温度向低温方向移动,硬段的玻璃化温度向高温方向移动,其胶束粒子的平均粒径变小。

水性羟基丙烯酸分散体具有较好的保光、保色以及较好的装饰性能，因此也吸引了不少研究者的青睐。
但是在较多的研究当中，虽然一定程度上都减少了溶剂的含量，降低了VOC总量的排放，但是在零VOC分散体的制备上还存在着进一步发展的空间[3-5]。
无溶剂水性羟基丙烯酸分散体的研究，已经成为国内水性市场发展的热点，而无溶剂亚光水性羟基丙烯酸分散体的研究是关键。
无溶剂分散体可以采用本体聚合的方法，影响分散体漆膜实现亚光的主要因素有2 种：一种是树脂本身亚光，另外一种则是树脂与固化剂相容性较差而导致的亚光。
由于树脂与固化剂相容性较差而导致的失光可能性较小，一般的亚光都是由树脂亚光导致的，树脂亚光的方法主要通过自消光和外消光这2种方法获得[4-6]。
自消光的方法主要通过改变树脂自身的结构或者改变分散体的粒径，在成膜过程中增加漆膜的漫反射而获得亚光的效果，这一消光的效果明显，但是这在实际生产操作过程中较为繁琐，工艺较为复杂，不利于大规模的生产实现产业化[7-8]。
外消光法在实际亚光漆膜的制备过程中应用较为广泛，适用性强，一直被人们所应用[9-10]。
外消光法主要通过外加消光剂的方法使得漆膜表面微观不平整而达到消光的效果，但该方法消光效果一般，需要加入大量的消光剂才能达到很好的消光效果，消光剂的大量引入，一方面会造成经济成本的提高，另一方面还会影响分散体的稳定性以及漆膜的性能等[11-12]。

乳化制剂是国外研究如何提高难溶性药物生物利用度的方法之一。由1975年人体药动学研究[15]的报道可知，灰黄霉素的玉米油乳剂比其混悬剂和市售片剂的生物利用度提高两倍。如今，乳化给药系统备受重视，其是一种溶液给药系统，水相与油相同时存在，亲水性药物和疏水性药物均能被溶解。乳化液包括三种类型：油包水(W/O)型、水包油(O/W)型及双连续相。经过不断研究可看出，在水溶性和油溶性药物中，乳液的增容量均高出药物在水中和油中的溶解度之和[16]。

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Accelerator dispersion CA-51 is a mille d 50% active dispersion of thiocarbanalide. This additive is used in Neoprene latex and for Natural rubber latex and cements as a fast-curing accelerator. To accelerate Neoprene latex, a recommended starting level is 0.5 percent based on the dryweight of the polymer, usually used in conjunction with diphenyl guanidine. Accelerator dispersion CA-51 is complaint for use under the following CFR 21, Sections: 175.105(c)(5),177.2600, and 178.2010. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the FINAL article toensure that the article complies with the extraction limitations and other limitations, including use lim itations, applicable to its intended use and is technically suitable for that particular use.
STORAGE AND HANDLING:
Containers should be kept tightly closed; avoid direct sources of heat or sunlight when possible.Once a drum has been opened, it is important not to introduce bacteria into the drum. Make sure the part drum is used quickly and that all stock is rotated on a first-in, first-out basis.Protect from freezing. Store at 40 – 90 deg F. Contents should be stirred using mechanical agitation prior to use. Shelf life expected one year from date of manufacture provided the material is stored at proper temperatures and containers remain tightly closed.
