3. 启动饲料粉碎机,空转3-5分钟,检查是否正常运转,有无异常声音或异味,是否产生异常振动。
4. 确认碎粒度要求,逐渐调低饲料粉碎机的进料门,使之与饲料的需求相匹配。
5. 在正常运转的情况下,按照操作要求逐渐加大饲料的投入量,但仍需注意过大的投入量可能会导致饲料不充分破碎。

Safety Precautions and warnings1. When working, belt should not too tight, otherwise there is no buffer for hard debris, it will lead to machine damage.8. When feeding, the operator stand on haystack or height should stay at the side of the mill from the mill and power machine 1 meter away, to prevent injured from hard objects inside the machine flying.If the operator feed raw materials from haystack or other height, he should stay at the side of the grinder mill, meanwhile stay away 1m from the grinder, to avoid hard objects flying from the machine.9. It is strictly prohibited that feeding metal, stone or other hard debris to the machine. 9F-20型单相粉碎机的研制刘景文(大庆市农业委员会,黑龙江大庆 163319)摘要:饲料粉碎机是饲料机械中应用最为广泛的一种机械。
目前,国内外大多数饲料加工厂采用的是锤式粉碎机。
其优点是适用性高、操作使用方便、单位功率消耗少。
为此,研制了一种适用于广大农村使用的、生产率高的单相粉碎机,以适应黑龙江省发展畜牧业的要求和市场的需要。
试验结果证明,机具各项指标达到了设计要求。

常用的粉碎设备有锤式粉碎机、爪式粉碎机、对辊磨碎机和辊刀式粗碎机。
对辊磨碎机与磨米机原理相似,可获得适当粒度的粒状产品,粒度均匀整齐,特别适于加工鸡饲料。
辊刀式粗碎机主要用于豆饼、油菜粕等原料的粗碎。
爪式粉碎机粉碎粒较细,但消耗功率大。
1 技术方案的确定目前,国内小型粉碎机多为爪式,产量低、粉碎粒度不易调整。
在农户中还有使用柴油机带动的粉碎机(如9F-36等型号),其噪音大,使用不方便。
因此,设计一种能够满足市场要求的小型单相粉碎机,符合当前农村畜牧业发展形势,是提高农民收入的一种技术手段。
小型单相粉碎机采用了锤片式、水滴型筛片结构,顶端径向进料,具有操作方便、质量轻、生产率高的特点,解决了粉碎机的过载问题,使电机工作稳定。
2 主要工艺参数的确定9F-20型粉碎机采用了国内先进的大型粉碎机的水滴型粉碎结构,具有结构紧凑、体积小、生产率高的优点。
实验表明:其粉碎效果较好,电机运转稳定在额定电流以下,粉碎效率高。
2.1 配套动力的确定粉碎机的筛片面积与其配套动力有一定关系。
我国的标准为每1kW动力需配用120~250cm2的筛片面积。
根据设计要求,采用2.2kW的动力能够满足粉碎作业的要求。

克服上述问题,可根据所粉碎的物料反复校验锤筛间隙,如需要可加以调整,(通过改变销轴的位置或改变锤片长度)。
一般脆性的和易粉碎的物料如玉米和豆粕,锤筛间隙以1/2英寸为宜;纤维性物料如豆荚和稻壳,以3/16英寸为宜;高脂肪物料如肉类,肉类副产品和骨粉,以1/8英寸为宜。

1 结构底座是粉碎机安装基础,一般采用钢板焊接结构,用于支撑和联接粉碎机转子以及其他部件。
底座要求刚性好、牢固,从而达到振动降低而可靠性增加以及使用寿命延长的目的,底座下部是物料粉碎后的排出口。
转子是整个粉碎机的主要运动部件,主要由主轴、轴承、轴承座、锤架板、销轴、锤片等零件组成,由于其运动时的转速非常高,因此使用前要求必须进行动平衡校验。

其中,锤片在工作使由于进行高速旋转而受到磨损,因此是磨损工件之一,为此要求其具有一定的硬度、强度及耐磨性。
另外,锤片的材料、结构以及布置方式对物料粉碎效率有影响,因此使用前一般要对其进行热处理,从而使其强度及耐磨性增强。
此外,锤片的排列方式也对粉碎机的效率有影响,一般采用的有4种排列方式,即对称排列、螺旋线排列、对称交错排列和交错排列。
筛片也是粉碎机中容易磨损的零件之一,其能够控制粉碎产品的粒度。
筛片通过操作门压紧窗固定在机体上,构成封闭的粉碎室,物料粉碎后会从筛孔中筛出,以达到粉碎要求。
物料粉碎后的粒度大小由筛片的筛孔大小控制,即筛片的孔径要根据粉碎粒度确定。

锤片式粉碎机操作与维护标准规程目的:建立9FQ-50-25锤片式粉碎机操作与维护规程,确保产品质量符合工艺要求。
范围:适用于9FQ-50-25锤片式粉碎机的操作与维护。
职责:现场操作人员、维修人员、车间主任、工艺员、QA监控员。
规程:1 设备性能简介锤片式粉碎机是制药、食品、化工、科研、冶金等工业部门将含淀粉的物料或矿石;通过高速剪切、锤击在强气流的驱动下,经不锈钢筛网的过滤而得所需的粉剂,该设备设有吸尘装置,无粉末污染。
具有温度低、噪音小、效率高等特点。
适宜粉碎化学物料、中药材等干燥的脆性物料。
2 主要技术参数见表1技术参数表表13 操作前准备:3.1 检查设备状态标志牌,确认设备处于“已清洁”状态,并且在有效期内。
3.2 检查房间、附属设备等是否处于“已清洁”状态,并且在有效期内。
3.3 检查紧固件是否拧紧;在保证人机安全的情况下,方可启动开机,空运转2-3分钟无异常声音后方可进料,进料前吸风系统必须处于正常工作状态。
3.4 电气线路、开关、电压表、电流表是否灵敏完好。
3.5 地脚螺栓、轴承座螺栓、皮带轮、飞轮锁紧螺栓是否松动,检察孔门是否关闭。
3.6 皮带轮和飞轮安全护罩是否齐全牢固;传动三角皮带是否齐全完好、张力是否一致。
4 操作方法4.1 启动粉碎机必须是空载,启动时应严格按电器设备启动规定操作。
4.2 启动顺序:粉料皮运机—滚动筛—供料皮运机—回料皮运机—粉碎机—电磁铁(永磁铁除外)—供料皮运机,停机时则相反。
4.3 喂料应均匀,避免过载,工作电流不超过电机功率的0.8倍,否则应立即停止喂料。
4.4 随时观察机器运行情况,轴承温度最高不得超过70度,否则应立即停机检查,不得有铁件和杂物混入,如遇到异常声响或震动,应立即停机检查排除。
4.5 当粉碎机发生堵塞现象,应立即停机人工来排除故障,不准用设备强行运转来排除;处理机腔堵塞事故、检查或维修机器,必须在停机状态下进行,同时切断电源。
4.6 经常检查锤体、筛板或筛条、衬板等磨损情况和滚动筛网有无堵孔或破损现象,确保粉碎物料粒径符合工艺技术要求。
