Conclusion
November 22ed to December 10th, we conducted a three weeks’ English
translation technique practice. During these three weeks, we have to translate an
English passage which is about 3000 words into Chinese, and translate 30 English
sentences into Chinese.
According to the teacher's request, we should choose an English book about
business or marketing to translate. Under my hard work and the teacher's guidance, I
finally chose the book Industry and commerce Administration English. I choose one
chapter of the whole book, Human Resource Management. Human resource
management is the area of management concerning itself with the recruitment,
selection, training, development, compensation, retention, evaluation; and promotion
of the people within an organization. This chapter talks about every part of human
resource management in details. After translating this chapter, I have learnt a lot about
human resource management.
Sentences translation exercises include nominal clause translation exercises,
attributive clause translation exercises, adverbial clause translation exercises, passive
sentences translation exercises and other structure translation exercises. All of the
sentences are about the current political, economic and environment situation.
Through translating these sentences, I have learnt a lot about current affairs.
In order to be able to carry on a better translation skills internship, I go to the
library to borrow two books related to translation. They are English-Chinese
Translation Theory, Skill and Practice and English-Chinese Translation Tutorial.
These two books explain the translation problems which should be paid attention to in
the English-Chinese translation process in detail. How to make sentences more natural
and smooth? How to make the translation more accord with syntactic specifications?
How to make the connection between segment and section more coherent? How to
make it more understandable and more beautiful? Etc. Reading these two books
helps me a lot in my translation practice.
English translation technique practice is an important part in our university study.
It is the important reflection of combining theory with practice, and it is also an
important embodiment to strengthen our social practice. Doing the English translation
technique practice well has very great help in improving our translation skills and
professional level. Thanks to college teacher who gave us such an opportunity to take
the practice. During the whole practice, I have learned much knowledge human
resource management and have greatly improved my translation level.

由人员为不间断的技能，四十天的实习让对工作的，这也得益于酒店系统而的培训。
培训以后的学习和工作非常有用的。
实习的九方宾馆是一所成立于2023年的四星级涉外酒店，酒店管理先进，客源市场广阔。
其餐饮部大致分成如下几个：中餐部和西餐部，我和同行7名同学的工作岗位中餐部。
九方食府是九方宾馆最主要的餐厅，主要承担的是宴席和宴请的用餐，餐厅员工有将近20人，包括主管两名和三名领班及服务员数名，工作繁忙。
二、实习过程中餐厅是酒店餐饮中最为辛苦的，酒店并给服务员们制定的岗位职责和工作描述，在刚刚走进工作岗位的几天，就像无头苍蝇，完全领会工作的流程和要领，只是听从领班和老员工的安排和手把手的教导。
庆幸的是所老员工对都的友好，主管还为每人安排了一名师傅，的工作。
在后面的日子里，都能熟练工作了。
的工作除了摆台、折口布、传菜、上菜、撤台外，也得兼职勤杂工，扛桌子椅子、铺地毯等脏活、重活。
实习生的上班很固定，主要是看客人的多少。
每月休息四天或五天，主管的需要，排休。
即上午9点50上班到中午2点或3点下班，下午4点50上班到晚上9点或10点，多余的休息。

踏上了社会我们开始与形形色色的人打交道，由于存在着利益关系，很多时刻同事不会像同学一样嘘寒问暖，有时候我会很矫情的想起安妮宝贝说过的，纯粹的东西总是死的很快，而现在所能做的，只有在怀念中适应变化的一切。
二、实习感悟”在大学里学的不是知识而是一种叫自学的能力。
“当我真正走上工作岗位时才深刻的体会到这句话的含义，除了英语和计算机操作外，课本上学的理论用的很少，我担任的助理一职平时做些接待客户、处理文件，有时觉得没有太多挑战性，而同公司的网站开发人员就大部一样了，计算机知识日新月异，他们不得不以自学尽快掌握新知识，迎接一个一个新的挑战，如果他们之靠在学校中学到的知识肯定是不行的。
