我的彩色电视给我带来的只有头疼。
大约一年多前，我让我的亲戚们把送我的生日礼物从一大堆不合身的衣服换成了钱，我这才有能力买下了它。
但我上了一位售货员的当，买了一个停产的型号。
一天后，当我在报纸上看到该电视的广告，售价比我买的还便宜了75美元，这才意识到自己上当了。
这台电视在我刚买回家时真是太棒了，所以我会一直开着，直到夜里各大电视台的节目都停播为止。
幸运的是，我没有通宵播放电影的频道，否则我就整夜都不会睡了。
然后它就开始出现静电噪音的问题。
由于某种原因，当某些电视节目被转到商业广告时，就会出现几秒很大的噪声。
逐渐地，就连节目中也会出现这个噪声，为了消除它，我不得不换到别的频道，然后再换回来。

当这两种方法都无法消除静电噪声时，我只能无助地坐在那里，等待着它自动消失。
最终，我用拳头打了这台电视，它便彻底不工作了。
拿它去修理铺修花了我62美元，现在它又恢复正常工作了，但我一直预感着它还会出现更多麻烦。

你可以让家里的环境有利于你，而非不利于你。

拉开窗帘打开灯。
黑暗的环境更容易鼓励过度饮食，因为人们在灯光昏暗的地方难为情的情绪也会减少，所以更可能吃下大量食物。
若你的家没有足够的自然光，那就多装一些灯，让灯光充斥整个家。
注意颜色。
研究建议，暖色会促进我们的食欲。
在一项研究中，在蓝色房间中的人，吃掉的食物比在黄色或红色房间中的人少了33%。
黄色等暖色会让食物变得更可口，而冷色会减少我们的饥饿感。
因此，当该重新粉刷家里时，选择蓝色。
不要忘记钟或收音机。
与那些吃饭匆忙的人相比，吃得慢的人每餐会少摄入70卡路里。
开始记录用餐时间吧，尽量让正餐的时间至少维持在30分钟。
而且当你开始这样做时，一定要好好坐着吃。

减小盘子的尺寸。

目前选择在进入大学前先体验一年间隔年的学生越来越多，超出了以往任何一年的水平。
过去，间隔年被称为高中与大学间的“一年假期”。
间隔年现象起源于留给申请牛津大学和
剑桥大学学生的那几个月时间，也就是在11月入学考试与下一学年开始之日间的那段时间。
根据英国大学和学院招生服务中心（UCAS）所提供的大学入学统计数据，这一年推迟入学的学生共有25310名。
从选择间隔年的学生数量上看，这一数字飙涨了创纪录的14.7%。
UCAS的托尼·希金斯说，该统计数据对高等教育内的每一个人来说都是好消息。
“度过了精心计划的一年的学生更可能满足于自己所选择的课程，也更可能完成这些课程。
经历了间隔年的学生通常更加成熟和负责任。
”他说。
不过，并非每个人都是开心的。
全英学联（NUS）会长欧文·詹姆斯认为这一数字的上升清晰表明了学生境况的艰难——年轻人不得不在完成学业前先去赚钱。

阅读理解题所占分值为40分，是高考英语的重要题型。
本文将从命题概况及教学启示等方面分析2015-2018年高考英语(全国I卷)的阅读理解题，为高中英语教师进一步了解高考英语试题、深入挖掘英语教学的重点、难点提供参考。

势：在近四年的英语高考阅读题中，词义猜测题平均数量为1题，而在2017年出现了2题；主旨大意题从2015年0变为2018年的2题。
2.教学启示。
(1)注重培养学生的思维能力及语篇能力。
从上文的阅读题试题设置的变化可知，高考英语阅读题越发重视考察学生的推力判断能力及联系上下文、概括主旨大意的语篇能力。
因此，教师在日常教学中应有意识地设置相关课堂活动、培养训练学生的思维能力；此外，也应结合课文或练习中的阅读文章教授学生相关语篇知识，如文章体裁、语篇特点和语篇的衔接与连贯等。
(2)引导学生进行拓展阅读。
通过以上分析可知，近几年的高考英语阅读所采用的文章体裁及话题多样，故教师在日常教学中应引导学生利用课余时间、英语自习课等进行英语拓展阅读，这不仅有利于增加学生对不同体裁、话题文章的熟悉度，学生通过拓展阅读也逐渐开拓视野、增加背景知识，有利于其在考试中加深对文章的理解。
(3)重视不同类型文章文体特征的教授。
通过以上分析可知，近几年的高考英语阅读所采用的文章体裁多样，涵盖应用文、记叙文、说明文、议论文，而近两年(2017-2018)的阅读理解还出现了新闻报道类文章。
不同的文章类型会有不同的文体特征，例如新闻报道类一般而言首段为主题段，会概括整篇文章的大意，若学生了解此特点，在做主旨大意题时便得心应手。
