租赁期满后，乙方将添置的设备搬走，并保证不影响房屋的完好及正常使用。

Part B ill bear the ost of utilities suh as telephone muniations, ater, eletriit, Gas,management fees,internet and able television on time during the lease term.6)、乙方应爱护租用的房屋及其设备，严格按专门的使用要求使用，如因乙方人为使用不当而导致损坏，乙方负责赔偿及修复费用，乙方必须做到：Part B must take are of the propert and its ontents, and use them exatl aording to the speifi instrutions; otherise Part B should pa for the pensation and repairing fees to Part A for its improper use of the propert. Part B must do as follos:1 足够经常清洁房屋，复合地板、木地板、地毯、瓷砖地面要按不同要求清洁;Do regularl lean the house. Clean the laminate floor, the parquet floor, the arpet, and the tile orretl aording to the speifi instrutions.2足够经常通风、开足空调in the house, in order to prevent the ondensation ater from damaging the house and going mould.3 足够经常清洁厨房、炉灶等电器;Keep the kithen lean, suh as eletri apparatuses.4 浴缸、冲淋房、洗菜盆的排水口必须使用专门的滤网阻止头发、硬物等进入排污管，抽水马桶内不能倒其它杂物进入,疏通下水道的费用由乙方承担。

The fee for unhoking the seer ill be borne b Part B.5 日常损耗物品及维修由乙方承担更换费用The normal eartear fees of the propert shall be borne b Part B and the status ard dupliate press ork; Speaking of rents the side, must provide the status ard dupliate press ork or the pan does business the liense dupliate press ork.2) 中介方提供的服务期与合同期一致The servie of intermediar is available during the ontrat period.9.合同终止及解除的规定Termination and dissolution of the indenture1)、乙方在租赁期满后如需续租，应提前一个月通知甲方，由双方另行协商续租事宜。

在同等条件下乙方享有优先续租权。

在合同期内，甲乙双方均不得擅自解除合同，如一方因故需解除合约，需提前一个月向另一方以书面形式提出终止请求，并赔偿另一方相当于一个月租金的违约金。

如甲方提出终止请求，应退回剩余的房屋租金给乙方。

In ontrat period, both Part A and Pat B annotrelief this ontrat ithout authorization, if an one part needs to anel this ontrat, this part must notif another part b riting at least one month before the intended termination, and this part must pa one months rent to another part as pensation. If Part A needs anel this ontrat, Part A must return surplus rent hih Part A as reeived to Part B.2)、本合同一经双方签字后立即生效;未经双方同意，不得任意终止，如有未尽事宜，甲、乙双方可另行协商。

This ontrat ill be effetive after being signed b both parties. An part has no right to terminate this ontrat ithout both part s agreement. Anthing not overed in this ontrat ill be disussed separatel b both parties.10、违约及处理Breah of the ontrat1)、甲、乙双方任何一方在未征得对方谅解的情况下，不履行本合同规定条款，导致本合同中途终止，则视为该方违约，双方同意违约金为元整，若违约金不足弥补无过错方之损失，则违约方还需就不足部分支付赔偿金。
