HP-FFAP毛细管柱气相色谱法测定空气中溶剂汽油吴江峰;罗涵;杨萍【摘要】建立了毛细管柱气相色谱法测定空气中溶剂汽油的新方法。

空气样品经采气袋采集,色谱柱为HP–FFAP毛细管柱,以氮气为载气,采用直接进样–气相色谱法测定空气中的溶剂汽油。

在实验条件下,测定空气中溶剂汽油(以正己烷计),方法线性范围为0.015~1.0μg/mL,线性相关系数大于0.999,检出限为5×10–3μg/mL,测定结果的相对标准偏差为5.5%(n=15),气体标准物质测定结果的相对误差低于10%。

该方法准确度较高,操作简便,可用于空气中溶剂汽油的测定。

%A new method was established for determination of solvent gasoline in the air by using capillary column and gas chromatography. Air sample was collected by gas sampling bag,then sample of solvent gasoline in the air was injected directly by injector and detected by GC with an HP–FFAP capillary column and FID detector, using nitrogen as carrier gas. Under the experimental conditions,the sample of solvent gasoline could be determined as n-hexane. The linear range of solvent gasoline was 0.015–1.0μg/mL, and the correlation coefficien t was more than 0.999. The detection limit was 5×10–3μg/mL. The relative standard deviation of detection results was 5.5%(n=15), and the relative error was less than 10%. 气相色谱色谱柱的选择及分类气相色谱色谱柱的选择及分类1.1 固定相的选择当面对一个未知物时,先试用现有GC柱,如果该柱分离不理想,根据你对样品的了解,基本原则是分析物与固定相有相似化学性质时才会相互作用。

这说明对样品越了解,越容易找到合适的固定相。

非极性分子——通常仅由C和H组成并且无偶极矩,直联(正烷)是常见的非极性化合物的例子。

极性分子——主要由C和H组成同时也有其他原子,如:N、O、P、S或卤素。

样品包括有醇类、胺类、硫醇类、酮类、有机卤化物等。

可极化物质——主要由C和H组成同时包含不饱和键。

通常有:炔和芳香族化合物。

如果你的样品是具有相似的化学性质的非极性组分的混合物,比如大多数石油馏分中的烃,你可以试用OV-1毛细管色谱柱,它按沸点顺序分离。

如果你怀疑有芳族化合物,试着用有苯基的SE-52或SE-54柱。

极性或可极化组分样品能够在中极性和/或可极化固定相色谱柱上进行分析,如有苯基或类似基团固定相,比如OV-17或OV-225柱。

如果需要更高极性,可以选用聚乙二醇(PEG)固定相,即通常所说的WAX固定相。

1.2膜厚选择薄膜比厚膜洗脱组分快、峰分离好、温度低。

一般而言,色谱柱的膜厚为0.25到0.5μm。

对于流出达300℃的大多数样品(包括蜡、甘油三脂、甾族化合物等)能够很好的分析。

对于更高的洗脱温度,可以用0. 1μm的液膜。

而厚液膜对于低沸点化合物有利,对于流出温度在100℃~200℃之间的物质,用1~1.5μm的液膜效果较好。

超厚膜(3~5μm)用于分析气体、溶剂和可吹扫出来的物质,以增加样品组分与固定相的相互作用。

另一个选择厚膜的原因是当用大口径柱时保持分离度和保留时间。

由于这个原因,大口径柱都只有厚膜。

厚膜的流失较大,温度极限必须随膜厚度增加而下降。

1.3长度选择一般情况,15m柱用于快速筛选简单混合物或分子量极高的化合物。

30m柱是最普遍的柱长。

超长柱(50、60或100m、150m)用于非常复杂的样品。

天然添加物辛夷在卷烟滤嘴中的降害研究李晓姚二民王震靳志富本研究将天然中草药辛夷预处理后,添加在卷烟滤嘴中,制成含辛夷的复合滤嘴卷烟(80目1mm辛夷),将这些卷烟通过吸烟机抽吸,然后用GC-MS联用分析仪对其主流烟气成分进行分析,以探究辛夷在卷烟滤嘴中的降害作用。

将其与空白样对比,结果表明:辛夷复合滤嘴卷烟对烟碱、总粒相物、焦油量有降低作用,降低率为8.14% 、2.62%和2.25%;对降低烟气中的一些有害成分,特别是酚类物质的截留效果比较明显,可以起到降害的作用。

我国烟草业完全可以利用中草药这一得天独厚的资源优势,探索研究中草药在卷烟中的应用,发挥和提高中草药的减毒作用和疗效功能,减少乃至消除吸烟对人体的危害【1】【2】。

辛夷又名紫玉兰、望春花,属木兰科木兰属落叶乔木,其花蕾入药称辛夷,有收缩鼻粘膜血管的作用,能保护鼻粘膜,并促进粘膜分泌物的吸收,减轻炎症,有散风寒、通鼻窍之功效[3];将天然添加物辛夷的功效与卷烟进行有效对接,开发一种新型的卷烟滤材—辛夷复合滤嘴。

通过对其进行系统研究,在保持卷烟的特有吸味和感官品质的同时,重点减少烟气中的有害成分,符合“中式卷烟”的降害发展【4】。

1 材料、设备与方法1.1 试验材料辛夷(河南南召县提供);红旗渠卷烟(硬盒,4.5元/盒,河南中烟工业公司提供);载气:高纯度的氮气(浓度大于99%);辅助气体:空气,氢气(高纯),用于氢火焰检测器;二氯甲烷(CH2Cl2):CH2Cl2含量不小于99.5%(天津市科密欧化学试剂开发中心);内标物:正十七烷(0.2006mg/ml);一次性注射器:5ml/支。

气相色谱色谱柱的选择及分类1.1 固定相的选择当面对一个未知物时,先试用现有GC柱,如果该柱分离不理想,根据你对样品的了解,基本原则是分析物与固定相有相似化学性质时才会相互作用。

这说明对样品越了解,越容易找到合适的固定相。

非极性分子——通常仅由C和H组成并且无偶极矩,直联(正烷)是常见的非极性化合物的例子。

极性分子——主要由C和H组成同时也有其他原子,如:N、O、P、S或卤素。

样品包括有醇类、胺类、硫醇类、酮类、有机卤化物等。

可极化物质——主要由C和H组成同时包含不饱和键。

通常有:炔和芳香族化合物。

如果你的样品是具有相似的化学性质的非极性组分的混合物,比如大多数石油馏分中的烃,你可以试用OV-1毛细管色谱柱,它按沸点顺序分离。

如果你怀疑有芳族化合物,试着用有苯基的SE-52或SE-54柱。

极性或可极化组分样品能够在中极性和/或可极化固定相色谱柱上进行分析,如有苯基或类似基团固定相,比如OV-17或OV-225柱。

如果需要更高极性,可以选用聚乙二醇(PEG)固定相,即通常所说的WAX固定相。

1.2膜厚选择薄膜比厚膜洗脱组分快、峰分离好、温度低。

一般而言,色谱柱的膜厚为0.25到0.5μm。

对于流出达300℃的大多数样品(包括蜡、甘油三脂、甾族化合物等)能够很好的分析。

对于更高的洗脱温度,可以用0.1μm的液膜。

而厚液膜对于低沸点化合物有利,对于流出温度在100℃~200℃之间的物质,用1~1.5μm的液膜效果较好。

超厚膜(3~5μm)用于分析气体、溶剂和可吹扫出来的物质,以增加样品组分与固定相的相互作用。

另一个选择厚膜的原因是当用大口径柱时保持分离度和保留时间。

由于这个原因,大口径柱都只有厚膜。

厚膜的流失较大,温度极限必须随膜厚度增加而下降。

1.3长度选择一般情况,15m柱用于快速筛选简单混合物或分子量极高的化合物。

30m柱是最普遍的柱长。

超长柱(50、60或100m、150m)用于非常复杂的样品。
