近几年,在国际贸易融资方面,我国的商业银行取得了很大的进展,但是综合来看,我国的国际贸易融资仍然不规范,需要加以完善。
所以,只有根据实际情况深入研究分析国际贸易融资,提出科学合理、切实可行的完善措施,才能使我国商业银行中的国际贸易融资发展的更好,才能使我国对外贸易的发展更加顺畅,这也有利于我国的商业银行转变为国际商业银行。
【关键词】商业银行;国际贸易;融资一、我国商业银行在国际贸易融资发展的过程中存在的问题1.贸易融资业务的流程较为繁琐当前,我国商业银行按照平常信贷业务的流程处理方式处理贸易融资,任意一笔业务都需要从支行开始到分行进行层层上报,而且还要通过国际业务部的合规审查、信贷管理部的风险审查以及公司业务部的初审等等审查。
贸易融资由于耗时比较长,环节比较多,已经不能对贸易融资业务周期短、频率高的特征所适应。
2.整合服务方案的创新程度比较低当前,我国商业银行中的贸易融资主要集中在征用证项下的融资产品,对汇款结算的相关配套融资比较少,造成不能满足大量的贸易融资需求。
保理融资的业务以及出口发票融资的业务的发展尚未成熟,缺乏创新整合服务的方案,供应链融资集中在单一的环节中,整合化的服务方案中的可操作性不强。
3.专业化经营进程较为缓慢我国大部分的商业银行还未成立专门进行贸易融资的部门,就无法使贸易融资的业务管理以及营销推动更加具有专业性。
大部分商业银行对于贸易融资业务的定位是公司的信贷业务的附属产品线条。

一、前言
随着我国经济贸易的发展,尤其是加入WTO之后,逐渐发现传统的高校国际经济贸易专业在教学过程中存在一些问题,知识结构单一、专业划分过细、学生的适应能力差等,造成培养出来的学生知识结构比较狭窄。
学生的能力和素质达不到新世纪国际间竞争的要求。
为了适应大时代的需要,应结合高校国际经济贸易教学的实际情况,对高效国际经济贸易的教学模式进行改革。
培养出具有深厚国际贸易知识、扎实的外语基础、复合型高素质和强能力的国际贸易人才。
二、对课程的内容进行改革
国际经济贸易专业的课程内容改革点主要有:减少课程的重复内容,增加课程的容量,利用有限的时间力求让学生掌握更多的知识内容;对前人的知识经验过分重视,却忽视了培养学生的创造力,忽略了对学生在关注国际经济贸易的现在形势的引导,忽视了国际贸易与实际生活联系的实践教学;在教学期间对学生系统的科学思维以及学习方法的培养不到位;提升学生的创造能力、培养学生的思维能力,引导学生惯常的思维模式的同时培养学生的逆向思维的能力,或者在原有形式逻辑的基础上增添新的内容。
逐步对课程的内容进行改革,培养出合格的国际经济贸易人才。
三、对课程的设置进行改革
我国的国际经济贸易专业的教学过程主要是按公共基础课、政治理论课、专业基础课、主干专业课和选修课等五大类。
忽视了对人文、自然、社会和科技等相关学科的补充。
公共基础知识课:政治理论、政治经济学、社会学原理、法学基础、大学英语、公共关系学等。
相关学科:财政学、货币银行学、国际金融、企业管理、西方经济学等。
专业课:国际贸易理论、国际贸易实务、国际营销、国际税法等。
除此之外,还应该增开设社会调查课程和教学参观课程,合理安排学期实习和学期准备毕业论文或与导师合作开展课题的研究等等。
四、对教学的方法进行改革
我国高校的教学方式存在填鸭式教育,在课堂上教师多为主体,师生的互动较少,忽视了学生的创新能力、分析能力、思维能力和独立性的培养,同时还忽
视了学生的主观能动性、教育的社会性。
应该改变这种教学模式,由填鸭式改为启发式教育,改变传统的教学模式而是以学生为主体,培养并调动学生的创造性、积极性和主观能动性。
具体概括为:教师在教学的过程应采用多提问的教学方式,这样可以启发学生思考,并鼓励学生大胆的提出新见解或质疑;教师应注意学生自学能力的培养,对于比较难理解的重点和难点教学过程要讲深并讲透,其它简单易懂的内容可以由学生自学,通过学生自学、提问、练习等方式,让学生自己加深理解和记忆;关于现实和实务问题,在教学的过程可以采取研讨的方式,并介绍几种流派和做法,鼓励学生或学生小组去查阅资料,在课堂上可以采取个人形式或小组形式进行交流和讨论,鼓励学生个人或学生小组勇于提出自己的观点,研讨的过程教师再适当的给与提示和指导,并在最后做出归纳总结。
不但教学方法要改进,教学的内容也要改进,教师授课不能仅限于书本,要把理论和实务的最新发展,学术界的热点和难点问题以及自己的科研成果传授给学生,逐步给学生补充新的内容。
五、把信息技术与国际经济贸易课程结合起来
现代化信息技术是指多媒体计算机、教师网络、互联网络和校园网络等。
多媒体计算机作为新型的教学媒体中的一种,它的交互性不但有利于激发学生对国际贸易课程学习的兴趣,还能逐渐转变学生的学习理念,增强学生学习的主体作用。
多媒体计算机提供外部刺激的多样性,有利于国际贸易知识的获取、保持。
多媒体系统的超文本特性对国际贸易教学信息最有效的管理、组织实现提供了有利的条件。
计算机网络特性不但对实现了培养合作精神有利,还有利于促进高级认知能力发展的协作式学习。
把超文本特性与网络特性有机结合在一起有利于实现培养学生的创新精神同时促进信息能力发展的发现式学习。
提高学生的以上信息素养对育和教学过程来说,是十分重要的。
只有把它们与国际贸易学科的教学进程密切结合,才能为新型教学结构的创建提供有力的保障。
目前在高校的国际经济贸易教学中,信息技术在教学中采用的并不多,大部分高校还是采用的传统教学技术,教师、黑板和粉笔以及为数不多的简单实验和现场演示为主要的传播手段,重点还是侧重于课堂理论知识的讲授,甚少关注创新能力培养、操作能力训练,教学效果十分有限,培养出来的学生缺乏实际操作能力、信息素养偏低,创新能力欠缺。
而采用信息技术的教学方式非常有利于提升操作技能和培养创造
能力,可以弥补传统教学的不足。
六、对实践教学环节改革
随着社会经济的发展,人才市场对高校学生的要求越来越高,虽然国际经济贸易专业就业前景虽好。
由于国际经济贸易是实践性很强的专业,而学生的动手能力比较差。
所以提高国际经济贸易专业的学生实践能力,把学生的理论与实际水平结合在一起,进而满足社会的需要,是教育者的一项重要工作。
只有在教学过程中形成严密的实践教学体系和完善的实践教学环节,才能做到国际贸易理论和实践的有机结合,才能真正提高学生的综合素质。
要想真正做到实践教学,必须把国际经济贸易模拟实验纳入教学计划中,并加大实践教学次数;配备优秀的、专职的国际经济贸易模拟实验教师;进而把模拟实验与网络操作模拟实验结合在一起。
七、全面提升学生素质
良好的校园学习环境,使学生的综合素质得到全面的锻炼和提升。
为了加快提升学生的综合素质,教师应鼓励学生参加文化活动,比如:体育、辩论赛、美术等各种竞赛;教师也可安排和鼓励学生参加学术报告与科技讲座;鼓励学生进行社会调查,可以参加一些社团和文体活动,从而培养自己的社会适应能力。
教师还应组成课外活动小组,来统计学生获得的证书以及取得的成绩,根据统计情况给予奖励。
提高学生在参加社会实践方面的能力,进而提高学生的综合能力。
八、结语
国际经济贸易专业实验教学改革,需要根据实际情况逐步进行,虽然近几年取得一些成绩。
但是还是不能放松,对国际经济贸易专业的实验教学是一项长期性、系统性和循序性的工作,需要不断的总结经验,并探索问题。
在改革中不断的创新,才能不断的发展。
为培养出复合型高素质和强能力的高级国际经济贸易人才做出最大的努力。
