此外,油品酸值的升高还会受到空气中某种介质的含量、周围电场强度等因素的影响,这些因素在特定的情况下也会促使油品酸值发生变化。
影响油品酸值升高的内部因素就是抗燃油内在的基础分子结构,不过这个在油生产过程中就已经决定了,用户是无法改变的.
抗燃油新油酸度指标为 0.03(mgKOH/g),当酸度指标超过 0.1 时,我们认为抗燃油酸度过高,高酸度会导致抗燃油产生沉淀、起泡和空气间隔等问题。

产生油动机摆动的原因主要有以下几个方面:1)热工信号问题。当伺服功放卡输出信号含有交流分量时、当伺服阀信号电缆有某点接地时均会发生油动机摆动现象。LVDT 信号波动或故障。2)伺服阀故障。
伺服阀卡涩,降低当伺服阀的响应频率,伺服阀接收到指令信号后,伺服阀调节达不到指令信号的要求,产生滞后引起油动机摆动。3)阀门突跳引起的输出指令变化。当某一阀门工作在一个特定的工作点时, 由于蒸汽力的作用,使主阀由门杆的下死点突然跳到门杆的上死点,造成流量增大,根据功率反馈,DEH 发出指令关小该阀门。在阀门关小的过程中,同样在蒸汽力的作用下,主阀又由门杆的上死点突然跳 到门杆的下死点,造成流量减小,DEH 又发出开大该阀门指令。如此反复,造成油动机摆动。DEH 对由于阀门突跳引起的油动机摆动无能为力,只有通过修改阀门特性曲线使常用工作点远离该位置。 5. 油管振动: EH 油管路特别是靠近油动机部分发生高频振荡,振幅达 0.5mm 以上,我们称之为 EH 油管振动,其中以 HP 管为最多。油管振动会引起接头或管夹松动,造成泄漏,严重时会发生管路断裂。 引起油管振动的原因主要有以下几个方面:第一、机组振动。油动机与阀门本体相连,例如机组中压调门,油动机在汽缸的最上部,当机组振动较大时,势必造成油动机振动大,与之相连的油管振动也必然 大。第二、管夹固定不好。管夹必须可靠固定,如果管夹固定不好,会使油管发生振动。第三、伺服阀故障,产生振荡信号,引起油管振动。第四、控制信号夹带交流分量,使 HP 油管内的压力交变产生油管 振动。 可以通过试验来判断是哪一种原因引起的振动。当振动发生时,通过强制信号将该阀门慢慢置于全关位置,关闭进油门,拔下伺服阀插头,测量振动。如果此时振动明显减小,说明是伺服阀或控制信号问题; 如果振动依旧,说明是机组振动。对于前一种情况,打开进油门,使用伺服阀测试工具通过外加信号的方法将阀门开启至原来位置,如果此时没有振动,说明是控制信号问题,由热工检查处理;如果振动加 大,说明是伺服阀故障,应立即更换伺服阀。 6. ASP 油压报警: ASP 油压用于在线试验 AST 电磁阀。ASP 油压由 AST 油压通过节流孔产生,再通过节流孔到回油。ASP 油压通常在 7.0MPa 左右。当 AST 电磁阀 1 或 3 动作时,ASP 压力升高,ASP1 压力开关动作;当 AST 电磁阀 2 或 4 动作时,ASP 压力降低,ASP2 压力开关动作。如果 AST 电磁阀没有动作时,ASP1 或 2 压力开关动作,或 AST 电磁阀复位后压力开关不复位,就存在 ASP 油压报警。 ASP 油压报警首先应检查电磁阀故障,如 ASP 油压大于 9.3 说明 AST 电磁阀 1 或 3 故障,ASP 油压小于 4.2 说明 AST 电磁阀 2 或 4 故障。但如油质问题引起节流孔堵塞也会造成 ASP 油压报警。可当然 ASP 油压报警,报警后首先要确定是哪一只电磁阀故障,可以通过更换电磁阀的位置来判定。例如 ASP 高报警,说明 AST 电磁阀 1 或 3 故障。可以将电磁阀 1 与电磁阀 2 互换位置,如果此时仍为高报警,则说明 电磁阀 3 故障,如果此时变为低报警,说明电磁阀 1 故障。找到了故障电磁阀,就可以通过检修或更换来处理。

EGR冷却器新技术及制造工艺介绍摘要:EGR可有效的降低NOx排放,但同时也对发动机的动力性、燃油经济性、碳烟排放带来不同程度的负面影响,冷EGR技术在EGR的基础上对高温废气进行冷却,降低进气温度,发动机的性能得到全面提升,冷却器作为冷EGR 系统的核心部件,其开发设计显得尤为重要。

本文进行阐述。

关键词:EGR冷凝器新技术制造工艺一、EGR冷却器技术概述发动机排气温度高达600~700℃,如果直接将废气引入进气管,则高温的废气将加热进气,导致缸内的温度、压力大幅度上升,抵消了EGR降低NOx的作用,同时炙热的废气会对发动机的动力性、燃油经济性、碳烟排放带来不同程度的负面影响,因此,现在EGR技术应用厂商大多采用冷EGR技术,如图1所示。

图1冷EGR系统冷EGR技术是在热EGR技术的基础上增设EGR冷却器,高温再循环废气经冷却器冷却后再与新鲜的进气混合,降低了进气温度,对提高燃油的经济性和降低NOx和碳烟排放均产生积极的影响。

EGR冷却器是冷EGR系统的核心部件,其性能优劣对冷EGR的效果产生决定性的影响。

EGR冷却器除了具有一般换热器换热效率高、压力损失小等特点外,还要耐高温、耐腐蚀,抗震、不易积碳等特性。

二、EGR冷却器的类型按照现有EGR冷却器的性能要求,目前应用于EGR冷却器的换热器主要有两种,板翅式换热器和管壳式换热器。

1)板翅式换热器板翅式换热器,顾名思义,其传热元件是由板和翅片组成。

板翅式换热器翅片对流体的扰动使边界层不断破裂,所以其可以达到很高的传热效率。

有研究表明。

板翅式换热器比管壳式换热器的效率高出25%-50%。

且板翅式换热器多为铝合金制造,产品轻巧紧凑。

但板翅式换热器制造工艺要求严格,工艺过程复杂,且高温的废气在其内遇冷积炭,极易发生堵塞,清理检修困难。

2)管壳式换热器管壳式换热器是由一个壳体和包含许多管子的管束构成,冷、热流体之间通过管壁进行换热的换热器。

管壳式换热器具有结构简单、操作可靠、且其清洗简单方便,很好的满足了EGR冷却器的基本要求,现在EGR冷却器中的使用已非常普遍。
