乙方向甲方提供采购产吕鑒户佶息•代理传息，代理租朋廉问业务等。负责落卖甲方采购产吕宦漁，渠道和谈成供背意句一并介绍给甲方.

(2)因甲方购实的产吕涉及专利产权和产吕生产者描丸代理的情况•乙方负责促成甲方与产吕生产者或产必生产者代理克之网签署采购协仪•卖现贸易•并负责为甲方对采购产％取样.捡货.出貨等的环节进行服务。

甲方购奚的产吕莎及专利产权或产吕生产者拥丸代理的情况•甲方与产吕生产者或产必生产者代理克之网直接签署采购协仪，货敕支付方或由协仪叹方协克达成一玫。

6•佣全的计算.给付方式、给付对网：Commissio n calcul a tion, pay me n t m e thods • p ay m e nt time

甲方同意按照采的产％总全额的(1—5 )%支付佣全给乙方•支付□期为付歡给卖方的同一夭•佣全汇入乙方描丸彼行账户。如甲方以预付获或分期付敕的形或句卖方支付货软，衣甲方甸卖方支付第一笔货敕的同对甸乙方全额支付采购产吕总全帧的佣全。
