一、教材分析
本堂课是针对七年级下册Unit 10I’d like some noodles而展开的,本课
的阅读部分重点介绍了世界各地的生日饮食习惯,学生不仅要学会说语言,更要
了解语言背后的文化知识,同时需要结合本课所学句型进行对话练习;此外,初
中英语教学的最高境界是渗透多元文化视域,让学生以中国文化作为精神依附,
有针对性地借鉴外国优秀文化成果,从而使英语教学在动态、连续的发展过程中
顺应时代需求,针对本课饮食文化教学内容来说,学生需要善于捕捉时事热点,
在后疫情时代,各国促生了新的礼节方式,英语课堂要引导学生了解疫情下各国
的风俗礼仪,增加学生的文化积累,让学生在具体交际时能使用正确的用语和礼节,这也降低了跨文化交际错误的产生。

二、教学目标
各国文化在世界范围内各自发展,文化多元化不是各国文化的相互同化或逐
渐趋同,而是随着世界政治经济的高速发展,各国文化在相互吸收的基础上形成
的一种相互交叉的生活方式。

本课也将从多元文化视域的角度出发,制定“多样化”的课堂设计,旨在激发学生的学习兴趣,补充生活体验,让学生的思维得到
发散。

具体课堂目标设计如下:
1. 知识领域:学生能够运用和掌握以下词汇:around the world、different、lucky、popular、candle、age等,掌握与饮食有关的表达、生日食
品的含义;
2.技能领域:运用思维导图简要复述文章大意,进行口头语段及语篇表达,并将其运用于个人讲述、集体讨论及课外采访中来。

3.情感领域:通过相关材料的学习与训练,深入体会中西方饮食文化的差异,体验生日文化气息,最终能在真实的跨文化交际中进行比较深入、得体的交流。

三、教学重难点
1.教学重点:熟练掌握本课的重点单词和短语make a wish, blow out等,
并了解中西方生日、饮食文化的差异;
2.教学难点:学生需要掌握本课的重要语法点:the number of 与 a
number of的差别,if引导的条件状语从句,区别可数名词与不可数名词;
四、教学准备
基于创新教育的大背景下,教师需要在现代教育技术基础上重新审视各专业
的特点,教学方式和策略也需要对照标准进一步更新,目前现代教育技术与英语
教学跨领域融合的模式也给教学发展带来了新的机遇和挑战,本课教学中就采用
了混合式教学模式,促进线上线下教学的相互融通,使现代教育技术与英语教学
相融合。

具体的教学准备如下:线上智慧教学平台、微信公众号、多媒体课件、
与生日食物相关的图片等。

五、教学过程
Step 1:Preview
教师课前采用线上教学平台布置与本课有关的词汇、句型预习练习,为第二
天的课堂活动做准备,同时根据学生不同的个性特点,利用大数据技术推荐生日
习俗学习内容,实现线上线下教学的无缝连接。

设计意图:互联网提供了海量的信息资源和教学工具,教师必须要结合英语
教学本身特点选择教学所用的网上教学工具和服务平台,这是英语课堂开展的前提。

教师可以利用网络社交工具,如QQ、微信等平台加强与学生之间的沟通联系,借助慕课、微课等公开课平台上传教学视频,本科教学内容涉及世界各地的生日
饮食风俗,需要大量的课外资料补充,教师应当利用好线上教学平台,为课堂开
展搭建教学支架。

Step 2:Lead in
因本课是从多元文化视角展开的,所以为了让学生更好地体会盲童的心理感受,可以采取一个小游戏,教师在黑板上展示出世界各国生日时会吃的食物,让
学生们将食物图片与单词连线;

这个活动可以检测学生课前预习的效果,活跃课堂氛围,让学生快速投入到
课堂活动展示中。

贴近现实生活的情境、个人发展相关的思考题、与周围变化事物紧密相关的英语

设计意图:小组合作能够大大加深学生对语言知识的印象,通过此活动能够

六、拓展延伸
在后疫情时代,各国促生了新的礼节方式,英语课堂要引导学生了解疫情下
各国的风俗礼仪,增加学生的文化积累,让学生在具体交际时,能够使用正确的
用语和礼节,这也降低了错误的产生。

在本课作业布置中,需要学生搜集更多有
关疫情之下的生日习俗,回到课堂和全班同学进行分享。

2.以丰富的表现形式呈现多元化课堂
从线上教学资源到英语小组互动,课堂设计的过程中教师都希望用多元化的形式激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生在动态的活动中摆脱“填鸭式”教学的弊端,学生并不是讨厌英语课,而是希望能在轻松愉悦的氛围下通过多变、有趣的课后作业方式获得知识,而不是以应试的角度掠过学生情感表达的阶段,在活动时中人云亦云。

多元化的教学表达,也就是进行一场生动的情感教育课,学生通过课堂,感受语言知识其中之妙义,丰富学生的情感体悟。
