《河北科技大学处级班子处级干部述职报告工作总结00材料学院》第一篇:河北科技大学处级班子处级干部述职报告工作总结00材料学院xx年度材料学院领导班子述职报告xx年,在学校党委的正确领导下,经全体教职工的辛勤努力,学院的各方面工作取得了一些成绩,现汇报如下:一、班子建设在传承前任班子作风朴实、为人诚恳、工作踏实的优良传统,珍惜前任班子创造的和谐的人文环境和良好的工作基础上,努力开创学院工作的新局面。
班子成员间渐渐形成了优势互补,相互学习,共同进步的良好合作关系,正是这种和谐的氛围,保证了班子的向心力,凝聚了广大教职工的前进动力。
实践证明,学院班子精诚团结、富有朝气、有创新精神、有良好的群众威信。
在具体工作中,坚持原则,办事公道,透明公开,提高工作效率,体现人性化管理。
二、思想政治工作按照学校党委的部署,组织我院全体党员开展“争先创优活动”,具体到活动的总体部署,分阶段工作的安排,落实到具体支部和具体人,如:党员挂牌、党员示范岗等,此间马俊芳老师做了很多基础性工作,表示感谢。
结合这次活动,激发全员的自觉行动,推动学院的全面工作,使学院的各项具体工作扎扎实实的提高。
日常工作中,完成上级党委安排的各项政治工作。
三、学科建设工作重点。
学科团队的内涵建设,搭建学科平台、整合资源,控制资源分散和浪费现象;扶持优势学科做大做强,促成学科建设的可持续发展。
1.引进博士多名,各专业系的教师队伍结构更趋合理,为学科团队补充新生力量。
2.学科团队规划科研发展方向,有目的的申报科研项目,协调团队内的人员,统一购置科研设备等方面的内涵建设有进步。
3.材料科学与工程学科实现了一级学科硕士点授权;4.材料加工工程二级学科申报学校重点学科,等待学校最终审批。
材料整理工作顾文华老师做了很多工作,感谢;5.从学校争取了600多平方米的实验室资源,已进行规划设计,并购置大型和急需设备,优先满足重点团队需求。
四、教学工作工作重点:在去年教学质量与改革工程工作中取得较好成绩的基础上,深化质量工程建设的具体工作;注重教学团队中青年教师的培养;以强化实践教学为主线,组织教学活动;开展教学研究与改革。

河北科技大学2013年本科教学质量报告第一部分本科教学基本情况2013年,河北科技大学紧紧围绕学校二次党代会确立的“大力推进个性化教育教学改革、大力推进学科建设、大力深化开放办学”三大任务要求,在深化教育教学改革、加强教学建设与管理、完善教学质量保障体系等方面开展了富有成效的工作,开创了本科教学工作的新局面,人才培养质量持续提高。
1.1 人才培养目标及服务面向人才培养目标:坚持以人才培养为中心,切实推进个性化教育改革,注重实践创新教育,努力为地方经济建设和社会发展培养基础扎实、知识面宽、适应性强、德智体全面发展、具有创新精神和实践能力的高级应用型人才。
服务面向:致力于人的全面发展,服务于区域经济建设和社会进步。
1.2 本科专业设置情况截止2013年,学校共设有72个本科专业,覆盖工、理、文、经、管、法、医、教育、艺术等九大学科门类,基本覆盖了河北省的传统优势产业和高新技术产业,与河北省重点发展的十大主导产业具有较高的契合度。
1.3 全日制在校学生情况1.3.1 在校生基本情况截止2013年,学校共有各类全日制在校生20756人,其中,普通本科生人数为16854人,普通高职学生2136人,全日制硕士研究生1176人,留学生41人,普通预科生228人,本科生占81.2%。
1.3.2 生源质量2013年,我校在全国25个省、直辖市、自治区开展招生工作,本科计划录取4000人,实际录取4013人。
河北省本科一批次录取专业达到27个,招生总人数达到1507人,本科二批录取新生2506人。
2013年河北科技大学唐山分院共计录取专科生792人。
2013年,我校在河北省内本科一批理工类录取分数线为543分,高于河北省理工类本一控制线5分,一志愿录取率为100%,保持了良好招生势头。
我校在河北省本科提前批B今年第一次增加了贫困生专项招生计划。
招生计划为30人,面向河北省46个贫困县区。
录取分数为545分,高于河北省本科一批理工类分数线7分,生源质量非常好。

四、激素的分类 按化学结构大体分为四类 类固醇类 如肾上腺皮质激素、性激素。
氨基酸衍生物 如甲状腺素、肾上腺髓质激素、松果体激素等。
肽与蛋白质 如下丘脑激素、垂体激素、胃肠激素、降钙素等。
脂肪酸衍生物 如前列腺素。
第二节 激素的作用机理 第一种方式:通过cAMP起作用。 第二种方式:通过导致磷酸肌醇(IP3)、二酰甘油(DG或DAG) 而起作用。 第三种方式:通过激素对受体中酪氨酸的磷酸化作用而起作用。 第四种方式:通过基因形成特异的蛋白质而起作用。
一、通过cAMP起作用(许多含氮激素) G蛋白--是指结合鸟苷酸的蛋白质,主要包括Gt、Gs、Gi、Go、 Gq等几种。它们都是由α 、β、γ等三种亚基组成,其中多数的α亚基具有GTP酶的活性。 cAMP的发现及第二信使学说的提出 1971年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖,发现激素作用的机制。 20世纪5O年代,E.W. Sutherland在体外试验证明,向肝组织切片加入肾上腺素时,可在悬浮液中出现游离葡萄糖,而且明显导致糖原磷酸化酶活性的增加,此酶活性在糖原分解为葡萄糖过程中起着限速作用。正是这个初步的工作,导致cAMP第二信使的发现。 第二信使(second messengers) 激素与受体结合后,靶细胞内有膜外激素信号转导的某些小分子化合物,如cAMP、cGMP、IP3、DAG、Ca2+ 、NO等,在激素作用中起信息传递和放大作用。这些靶细胞内的小分子化合物称为第二信使或细胞内信使(intracellular messenger) 。 胞内信使cAMP的产生与灭活 腺苷酸环化酶 adenylate cyclase,AC Sutherland等在6O年代分离鉴定,90年代初将其基因克隆。已被克隆的8个膜结合的哺乳类环化酶都有一条120kDa的多肽链,其1165个氨基酸形成12个跨膜区,分为各有6个跨膜区的两个结构域 。 cAMP特异的环核苷酸磷酸二脂酶 (cAMP-PDE ) cAMP依赖的下游蛋白质磷酸化 依赖cAMP的蛋白激酶(cAMP-dependent protein kinase,PKA):属于丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶家族 Edwin G Krebs 等于1968年发现;1992年获Nobel 医学生理学奖 cAMP信号传递过程中的放大作用 cAMP参与调节的某些生理过程 cAMP在正常细胞内浓度≤10-6mol/L,在某些胞外信号刺激作用下,它可以在数秒之内增加数倍,
从而产生调节细胞反应的信号; cAMP在完成其功能后又被cAMP磷酸二酯酶破坏,降低到正常水平,从而终止胞内信号。 通过cAMP信号途径传递信号的胞外信号分子有:
肾上腺素、胰高血糖素、肾上腺皮质激素、促黄体激素、甲状旁腺激素、甲状腺刺激激素等。 河 北 科 技 大 学 教 案 用 纸 第 4 页 共 5 页 检验一种激素是否通过第二信使cAMP机制起作用,可参考下列标准: 加该激素到它的靶细胞应能引起cAMP浓度增加。 靶细胞中加外源cAMP应可模拟该激素的作用。 加该激素到含质膜系统中应能提高腺苷酸环化酶的活性。 靶细胞中加PDE酶的抑制剂(如茶碱)应可增加该激素的效应。 加该激素应能激活靶细胞中依赖cAMP的蛋白激酶(PKA)。

第三节 几种重要的激素 肾上腺素 肾上腺分为髓质和皮质两部分。髓质分泌肾上腺素和少量去甲肾上腺素。去甲肾上腺素主要由交感神经末梢分泌。他们也是酪氨酸的衍生物,为R-构型。 具有与交感神经兴奋相似的作用,使血管收缩,心脏活动加强,血压升高,临床上被用来作为升压药物,起抗休克作用。 主要是调节糖代谢,使cAMP产生显著增加它能够促进肝糖原和肌糖原的分解,升高血糖和血中的乳酸含量。
胰岛激素 胰岛是胰脏的内分泌组织。人的胰岛主要由、 和 三种细胞组成。
