A number of elements should be concerned. For example: etiquette, ability, honest, professional knowledge, and etc. But I firmly believe that confidence is the most important, when we are finding a good job. First of all, confidence is a positive and optimistic attitude. If you lose confidence to yourself , the employer and boss can’t give you any chance. Because they will doubt your ability. Secondly, confidence can help you work hard and excellently. So the boss prefer to choose confident interviewers. Finally , confident interviewers can give the boss a perfect impression. It is good for succeeding in a job interview。

As far as I am concerned, confidence play a critical role during the interview, and other elements are important for us. We should try ourselves to take part in the job interviews.

How to be popular

people would like to be popular with others, but not everyone can achieve this goal. What is the secret to popularity? In fact, it is very simple. The first step is to improve our appearance. We should always make sure that we stay in good shape and dress well. When we are healthy and well-groomed, we will not only look better but also feel better. In addition, we should smile and appear friendly. After all, our facial expression is an important part of our appearance. If we can do this, people will be attracted to our good looks and impressed by our confidence.

Another important step is developing more consideration for others. We should always put others first and place their interests before our own. It's also important to be good listeners; in this way people will feel comfortable enough to confide in us. However, no matter what we do, we must not gossip. Above all, we must remember to be ourselves, not phonies. Only by being sincere and respectful of others can we earn their respect. If we can do all of the above, I am sure popularity will come our way.

What We Can Not Afford To Lose

The saying goes “How time flies!”What does it mean? It means that time flies quickly away, and never comes back. we can’t go back to yesterday; we cannot keep regretting past trifles in our lives. For example; since I was young, I was raised by my grandparents. They gave me their purest love. Due to this wonderful experience, I have kept a simple desire that when I grow up to be an adult, I’ll make my best effort to give them a better life. Unfortunately, when I was in high school, my grandfather passed away. I felt so depressed and heart-broken that I was even eager that time could go back wards. However, time never wait for a man. So I can only remember their love in my heart . Nowadays, some people wish they could travel back in time to the good old days. But actually, its impossible. so we cannot afford to lose time. Secondly, as a saying goes “time is money”. To be honest, it is easier to get more money than it is to get more time. No matter how much money people have, they cannot buy any amount of time. So, if we lose our money, its not a big deal because we can still make more money in the future. But if we waste our time, that is terrible, we can never get it back .

All in all, we cannot afford to lose time, So everybody, please value your time to make it more effective. Save your time to make your youth more meaningful. Thank you!

Attitude is everything

Some people will blame luck, some people will blame the circumstance, every time they met failure. However, as far as I am concerned, it is attitude that counts.

First and foremost , attitude sets you a goal. It is your determination and courage that pushes you to a higher level, Without a goal, nothing can be achieved. Those who sit aside and complain only never accomplish anything.

Secondly, attitude pushes you forward. It takes hard work to succeed, as is known to all. However, this world is full of people who work little but envy a lot. The key lies in it that they don't work hard. The reason why they never try their best is that they lack a positive attitude to succeed. Worse still, some even fear to succeed because they are unwilling to sacrifice more.

Thirdly, attitude gives you a sense of fulfillment. Attitude serves as a guiding star. It leads you to where you want to go. Without an attitude, you never know whether you have accomplished what you want.

In short, attitude determines on whether you can succeed and how far you can succeed. Therefore, it is vital to have a correct attitude to life.
