关于大学英语四级听力技巧参考

大学英语四级听力练习方法

听力能力的增强是一个循序渐进的过程,假如基础不好,可以选

择从最基本的对话听起,经过两周时间再听一小段对话,然后再到小

短文,这样一步步踏踏实实的听,无形中你的听力已经有进步了。当

然无论我们怎么练习,最终目的都是为了对付四级考试中的听力,有

了以上基础,再从四级听力开始练习。

有许多学生都有以下这些问题:比如听不懂,跟不上磁带的速度,不能边听边看题,注意力涣散,听时容易紧张等等。听不懂有许多种

情况,比如因为语速过快导致没有听懂,自己的发音不好导致听不出来,那么你要做的就是寻到听力的原文,认真的查清晰每个单词的发

音和含义,自己多读几遍,然后再听。

跟不上磁带的速度,其一是因为你没有学过那些单词,其二是你

学过那些单词,但是你没有听过。也就是说它们在你的耳朵里没有印记。所以听到这种材料时,你的分辨速度和材料的语速当然不成正比。你需要做的是:反复的听,让这些材料持续在你耳边重复,做到非常

熟悉。

不能边听边看是个不好的习惯,要会看题,例如听力题目的选项

经常以相同主语开头,此时你注意谓语或宾语的不同就好。即便是四

个选项不但巨长无比而且全部差别很大,那也无需挨个看,因为这样

的题目的准确选项会和原文的表述非常接近。只需要边听边浏览,当

听到的内容和看到的一致时就可以出手答题了。

另外,词汇量也会影响听力的效果,平常复习过程中加大词汇量

的输入也是比较重要的。在听时要注意语段中的关键词汇、语调变化、层次的分辨等等,假如没有重点地听,自然会走神。听力紧张是因为

对听力的熟悉水准太低,所以一定要多听,坚持听。了解了以上常见

问题后,在暑假期间的复习过程当中就一定要注意。每天都要有一到

两小时左右的听力时间,可以从新概念第一册听起,都是简短的对话,有了感觉后就开始听第二册或者听真题。前一个小时就是认真的听,

后一小时就是精听,然后依据录音争取听写出来,每天这样坚持,一

个月的时间你就会有很大进步了,在以后的训练中就会轻松许多。听

力部分是容易提分的地方,所以一定要把握好时机,抓住这些得分的

环节。

听力不过关的原因分析

一、语音不过关。

建议大家在记忆单词时就把音发准确,同时,现在许多单词书都

是有配套光盘的,建议跟读。

二、不适应听力的语境

主要是大家平常听的太少。听力是一项日积月累的练习,两三天

不听耳朵就会对英语很生疏。

三、对文化背景和常用短语的不熟悉造成理解上的障碍。

英文口语中有许多口语化的词汇是英语课本中没见过的,但是在

听力中经常出现,这就要求你要积极一点,多积累一些,最起码应该

把历年真题中出现的口语化语言积累起来,方便记忆。

四、单词和词组的积累不够,或者不熟悉。

因此,在听的过程中会出现思路跟不上,无法及时反应出相对应

的意思来,就会拖累整个听力效果,尤其是关键词不知道意思,解题

也就无从下手。所以词汇的记忆仍然是首先要做的(当然也要同时记发音)。同时注意是不是材料出现了口音问题,失爆现象,连音现象等等

听力的附加问题,影响了你听的准确性。你需要做的是:寻到听力的

原文,认真查清晰每个单词的发音和含义之后,自己多读几遍,然后

再听。

英语四级听力能力提升技巧

第一步:精听。

坚持每天花半小时精听,不要间断。建议你至少听三轮:第一轮:将没有听清晰和明白的地方标注出来。第二轮:第一轮中标注的地方

认真听,直到听懂,修改第一轮的答案。然后对照标准答案,错误地

方的认真分析,标注。第三轮:边听边写下内容,可以先尝试短对话,再写写长对话,写完后对照原文,查漏补缺。精听的内容可以选择模

拟题或05年以前的真题,剩下的真题留到后期做整套的检测。

第二步:泛听。

泛听的内容就不用局限于考试题型了。VOA,英音版《新概念》

第二册或第三册,以及英文歌曲都可以作为泛听材料。吃饭时,睡觉

前都可以听,不要求每句话都听懂,主要是让自己的耳朵适应英语语

言环境。

第三步:掌握一定的听力技巧。

听力基础能力的提升固然重要,但对于要迫切通过六级的考生来说,技巧的掌握可使大家事半功倍。建议大家可在自己复习的同时,

关于听力的方法技巧和解题思路,可通过新东方老师在听力网络课程

中魔鬼训练营里的各单项听力题进行训练,这样自学和老师指导两手抓,并驾齐驱,相信大家获得听力高分不是问题。
