A healthy lifestyle means eating less meat. Replace two or three servings of meat per week with whole grains or vegetables. It will lead to a healthier body.
A healthy lifestyle includes more exercise. Going to the gym after work can be difficult when all you want to do is to go home and relax. Exercise can happen any time if you have a free 15 minutes. Take the stairs instead of the lift, walk rather than drive when it’s safe to do so, play with the kids at night or take the dog for a walk.
