写作业之前的六项准备工作目前，很多小学生的家长都反映，孩子的作业习惯不好，甚至有很多家长被孩子写作业所困扰。现在有专家提出“完成作业是一项能力”，本人也这样认为，比如时间计划能力、自我管控能力、检查的能力等等。在从教几年来，辅导了很多小学生写作业，关于写作业有自己的一些建议和感受与大家分享。本次重点说说写作业之前的准备工作，具体内容如下： 1.生理准备：放学后可以先让孩子稍加放松，问问孩子需不需要喝水、吃点东西（尽量选择水果充饥的食物，但不宜多吃）、上厕所之类，防止写作业之后频繁活动，影响作业效率。注：作业之前不建议剧烈运动或玩游戏等，因为孩子的注意力转移比较困难，尤其是玩游戏，虽然时间上终止了游戏，但是孩子的情绪和思路还沉浸其中，脑子开小差的可能性很大。 2.学习用品准备：准备好必须的学习用具，例如铅笔、橡皮、格尺、演算纸等。尤其低年级学生，很在意笔头尖不尖，这要影响他们的书写美观，所以提前削好铅笔；高年级的钢笔同样重要，有的孩子经常写写作业，修起了钢笔，而且认为理由充分，实际上无形之中，消耗了不少时间。另外，演算纸也要额外说明一下，现在许多学生在做数学作业时，没有演算的习惯，要么靠心算，要么在书角空白处书写，结果准确率不高，书也很脏，建议家长可以选择单面可用的废纸或废作业本演算，养成良好的习惯。两点建议：第一，学习用具尽量简单化。过于花哨的文具其实成了孩子的玩具；第二，桌面清理。孩子书桌也宜简单，有时一些小玩意，也可以让孩子把玩半天。 3.作业记录：逐渐进入作业状态。让孩子拿出作业记录本，看其作业记录是否完整，同时对作业的量和安排顺序进行规划。（1）在校完成的作业：拿到作业本之后，看看已经在校完成的作业有哪些，给孩子一种意识“家庭作业不一定非要拿到家来写”，在校就要抓紧时间努力完成。不管大项小项，都可以划勾，如果没有检查，请放置一边，以备检查。（2）作业的顺序安排要“个性化”。作业记录本的一般顺序是“语、数、英、其他”，孩子也就习惯性地这样来安排作业顺序，其实不一定非要这样。比如，有的孩子比较偏爱数学，通过数学作业可以快速进入作业状态，那么就从数学开始；如果孩子的作业完成意识很好，但个别学科的作业有抵触情绪，那就先让他写比较抵触的科目，这样可以有效防止孩子拖延作业时间，加紧时间。（3）作业的常规内容：小学生的作业一般以语文和数学为主，英语一般是一周2-3次课程，其他的
