结算时甲方可指派人员现场审核确认签字并带走对账联便于月底对账。
3、在《车辆派修单》、《维修费、材料费结算清单》、《机动车维修竣工出厂合格·证》等完备的情况下，甲方方可提车（但托修方为甲方之私家车的，还应具备费用结清单据）。
七、维修保养安全责任1、托修方与乙方完成车辆交接后，该车的安全责任即转由乙方负责；托修方依约提车后，该车的安全责任即时复转归托修方。

二、乙方的权利和义务：1、必须第一时间将甲方送修车辆进行维修;2、保养维修所用材料、配件必须为符合车辆要求和国家标准的合格产品，不得使用假冒伪劣产品;3、使用合格配件，一年内有质量问题的给予免费维修更换(一年内指：配件的保修期，一般按配件的保修期计算)或依据配件具体保修期进行免费维修更换;4、甲方车辆如需救援，必须无条件第一时间赶到现场进行救援服务;5、车辆维修保养期间，乙方不得擅自开动，如需开车需征得甲方同意后方能开动;6、车辆维修保养以甲方_车辆维修通知单_为基准，增加部分必须与甲方负责人联系同意后方可维修;7、维修保养价格标准，必须依据市场统一价格或低于同行报价。
三、费用结算：维修保养至一定费用(一万元之内)时，适时由乙方凭甲方维修单乙方结算单出具发票，由甲方转账支付。
四、违约责任：1、乙方擅自开动甲方车辆引发的一切损失及后果由乙方全部承担，并赔偿甲方一定违约费用;2、乙方因使用不合格材料、配件给甲方车辆带来的所有损失由乙方全部承担;3、甲方需及时支付乙方维修保养费用;4、违约一般由双方协商解决，无法解决时可向有关部门投诉或诉诸法律。
五、其它：本合同一式两份，自签订之日起生效。
