2.1Usage

Crown Block is an important component of rig hoisting system.It performs the tripping in/out and casing operation as well as handling troubles in drilling course together with drawworks and other components of the hoisting system.

4.Main Structure and Working Principle

The TC315mainly consists of crown block beam,bearing pedestal,crown block shaft, Double row circular cone roller bearings,pulley,auxiliary block,sand block.sheaves of crown block,crown block beam and balusters etc.parts.

4.1Crown block frame for welding structure,main two longitudinal and two beams with

Q345B plank welded,mainly welds are magnetic powder flaw detection.

4.2The wire line adopts parallel threading method.In order to make traveling block parallel to the mast gate,the included angle between crown block shaft centre line of sheave assembly and vertical centre line of crown block frame is6.4°.String wire line from drawworks drum to

a guide sheave,directly string the wire line to crown block from outside of mast.

4.3Dead rope and fast rope respectively from the top sides derivation derrick,derrick thigh stress is more reasonable.In the crown block of the sand pulley,set the applicableØ14.5rope.

4.4Equipped with wire line ward device,preventing the wire line from bouncing or falling off;

4.5Pulley groove Design meets API Spec8A,Max.line number strung6×7Dia.of drilling lineØ35。

4.6Each major pulleys and guide pulley and axis between fitted with a2097952K double row circular cone roller bearings,they can ensure the pulley easy rotation and have good stability and resistance to axial force,each bearing has an own separate ways,ensure lubricating oil,make full bearing pulleys flexible rotation.

4.7After the combination that between the crown block and mast is located with2Ø30 positioning dowels,fix it on the mast with12M30screw bolts.

4.8Equipped with two auxiliary block in order to suspended rope of air winch

4.9Equipped with bumping rubber and protective hoisting system

4.10Equipped with gin pole for block servicing

4.11The crown block major pulley protect frame complete with guard,and fix with block baseboard the parapet in order to safety and beautifully,and the preset left-right side are available on request of manhole column conveniently.

5Delivery,installation and use

5.1Delivery

Crown block overall naked outfit shipped.Auxiliary pulley Crown block rack,bound in the lower rubber Crown block removed,with wire bound in crane on the shelf.Crown block pulley lifting frame removed,with wire banding together,composition strapping pieces.
