能激发学生兴趣,很快把学生的思维引导到学习中.音乐是大部分学生所感兴趣的,谈论音乐
贴近生活,并且让学生有话可说,顺理成章的引入话题.

在新课标的要求下,我们必须转变教学理念,课堂教学必须重视学生
自主学习能力的培养,发挥小组合作学习的作用,发展学生听说读写的技能,
激发学生学习英语的兴趣,更好地提高课堂教学质量,有效实现教学目标的完
成。我在具体的教学过程中,以新课标为指导,根据学生的实际水平和教材的
内容,对教材内容进行了重组,下面是关于Unit 4 Don't eat in class(Section
A 1a-1c )后的反思:
(一) 认真备课,改进教法,优化课堂教学
“兴趣”是最好的老师。学生对于自己感兴趣的事物,自然会用更多
的时间钻研。因此,把握好重难点,设计出符合实际且最能让学生感兴趣的教
学手段至关重要;因此我在上这节课前,精心设计了教学过程,并根据教材内
容,搜集了不少有关学校制度、班级制度等图片,帮助学生理解课文里的重点
短语和句型。同时运用到每一个教学环节里,激发学生学习兴趣;同时根据教
材内容,设计与学生生活密切的讨论话题,如:学校里有哪些规定?我们应该
做什么?不应该做什么?图片中的学生违反了哪些规定?你应该给他们提出
什么建议?等等来吸引学生注意力,让学生乐于学习,善于思考,积极参与到
课堂活动中来,提高了英语教学效果。另一方面,在课堂上通过提一些较浅显
的问题来鼓励学习困难生,让他们树立信心!对英语的学习充满希望。
(二 ) 夯实基础,重视双基训练
新课改后,有种现象就是:学生在课堂上轰轰烈烈表演完后,下课就
忘了所学得东西。所以英语学习依然要狠抓句型和单词,巩固基础知识。因此,
利用每天上课前五分钟让学生开口读英语,锻炼说的能力,熟悉课文。并要进
行经常性的检查和抽查,使学生不知不觉地巩固所学习的英语单词和重点句
型。在每堂课上完成阅读听力问题时,提示学生根据上下文猜词,回顾旧知识。
与此同时,还要区分易混、易错的单词,给同学们多举例子来做以讲解。并设
计单元同步练习,保证学生对基础知识的掌握及运用。
(三) 重视学法点拨,培养学生灵活运用知识的能力。
“授人以鱼,不如授之以渔,”,我在传授知识的同时,更注重教会
学生学习的思路和方法。例如:我在讲授课文内容时,要求学生根据题目,图
片预测课文内容,教会他们如何根据词性及上下文的内容猜测新句型的意思;
在听力训练中,我的重点是放在对学生的听力技巧指导上,首先,帮助学生根
据课文的图片和文字猜测听力材料的内容,然后听的时候抓住关键词句,达成
教学目标。然后提示学生总结归纳自己在完成任务的过程中运用了哪些方法?
因为学生是通过思考讨论才得到的启示,所以在平时的听力测试中,会有意识
地强化方法的运用,提高了学习的能力。
(四) 需要改进的地方:
因为本节课主要讲解祈使句的用法,注重了学生的口头练习,书写内

语发出的指令,学生听不懂,需要翻译一下,显得教学环节和课堂教学内容没
有自然衔接,学生比较被动,教学气氛及教学效果不明显。
同时,因为我班为六人小组合作,在合作过程中,需要较多时间给学
生讨论演讲,但有时为了完成教学计划赶进度,没有给学生充分的时间去活动
和思考,有的小组由于得不到时间展示自己的成果,他们觉得没有成就感,同
时小组活动中学生参与程度不均衡,有些语言表达能力强的学生参与机会明显
较多,他们在小组活动中起着支配的作用,而另一些较为消极的学生学习较为
被动,喜欢做听众,对一切语言活动表现冷漠。这都是我在教学中急待与同仁
探讨和解决的问题。
总之,为了提高英语教学质量,教师必须对英语课堂教学进行反思,
不断完善教学过程,不断反思,不断进取,努力提高课堂教学质量。我们每个
教师都应在教中思,思中教,方可求得发展。
