In terms of its weakness, commerce banks should first reform and innovate according to the characteristics of Chinese markets and clients, so that products can be of diversities. It clears CTA’s rights and obligations and specifies the responsibility of the illegal behavior consequences of CTA. I was in lack of practical experience and what I have learned are limited to Chinese books. In the graduate stage, I will read more literatures, especially those frontier academic literatures in English. Then I will give my thoughts on the basis of a lot of reading to devote to practice. Besides, I will find my interests and potentials based on widely browse. I are dedicated to study hard to be T-shaped.

Gradually I find myself interested in logical analysis and inference, which is necessary to study math well. I find self-confidence and courage in the study of math.
