神木第四小学高雪梅小学英语教学旨在通过词汇、句型及阅读教学,培养学生听、说、读、写四项能力。因此,英语检测也旨在通过各种活泼、丰富的题型,检测学生单词、句型掌握情况,及对英语篇章的理解能力。

本文将从以下几个角度对本卷进行分析。

一、试卷特点分析

(一)检测内容广泛齐全

1、本卷中,句型检测有四大题。目的均为检测学生对句型的意思理解能力及在情景中如何实际运用的能力。

2、本卷中,篇章的阅读理解能力检测有四大题。其中一题为排序,考学生的英语逻辑思维能力,其余均为判断题,考学生对文章的阅读理解能力。

从卷面内容上看,本卷非常注重基础知识的考查,充分体现考查学生基础知识为主要目标的命题原则。所有考查内容都紧紧依据于课本,六个单元的重点单词、句型均有考点,检测全面,内容丰富,题量非常大,适合五年级学生的能力水平。

从检测结果上看,试卷科学地反应了学生对单词、句子的掌握水平,检测出了学生的英语阅读、英语理解、英语思维的能力,客观公正地评价了五年级学生对本册教材的学习情况。

(二)检测题型多样丰富

根据五年级学生的年龄特点和语言学习的规律,本卷所有题型均

以检测听、说、读、写能力为主要目标,从题型的检测角度上看,本卷非常突出语言的交际功能。

二、检测结果分析

从学生得分、失分情况上看,学生对于单词的学习与掌握还是有一定的经验和水平的。但是,在句型的理解掌握上开始显示了两极分化的迹象。绝大部分学生可以保证不失分或较少失分,但基础差点的学生就只能凭借几个单词猜测揣度句子的意思,胡乱判断、答题。差距最大的是阅读理解部分。这种题型对基础知识的掌握要求较高,检测学生的英语综合能力水平。因此,此类题型往往两极分化极为严重。个别题型分析:

1、第一题:找出划线部分发音不同的单词。本题型在本册课堂作业本中几乎没出现过,学生没有练习经验,没有答题技巧。另外,教师教学用书(教参)中所罗列的本册教学内容与目标中没有Pronunciation的内容。教学方法建议中也指出此部分最终目的为培养学生自主学习的能力。因此,绝大部分教师将此部分作为一个趣味教学内容,而未作重点内容。

2、第五题:根据首字母或汉语提示写出正确的单词。本题型在课堂作业本中也很少出现,学生没有练习经验。特别是第一小题和第二小题,要理解句子意思结合首字母才能猜测得出是什么单词,难度较大。

建议:单词书写检测采用课堂作业本中学生较为熟悉的形式,如将听到单词填进句子的空白处,或看图填空。

3、第六题:考点是学生的英语逻辑思维能力。此题设计合理,对于五年级学生来说,应多加练习此类题型,有助于提高阅读水平。

三、教学建议

1、加强词汇教学。包括单词拼写,词义记忆,语用功能的训练,在平常的教学中一定要常抓不懈。词汇是句子的基本单位,词汇量的大小,将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从阅卷所反映的问题看,在今后的教学中,在加强拼读与拼写的同时,应帮助学生进行有意识记,应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解,要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力,逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句,这样,学生在学会了单词的同时,也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、强化学生的阅读理解和分析能力。阅读能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。学生不会做不是因为学生没有听懂老师所讲的题目,而是因为学生不会理解和分析试卷上的题目。所以在平时讲解阅读理解题时,应着力帮助学生分析语言材料,而不是核对答案。

五年级英语期中考试总结 五年级英语期中考试总结 经过两个多月的时间,我完成了半学期的教育教学工作,迎来了期中考试。现就前两个月和期中考试的整个过程,以及今后优化教学,完善教学管理,查缺补漏,作如下总结。 首先,从这次的期中考试题进行分析。本次五年级英语考试题注重基础,体现能力,难易适中,知识覆盖广,偏难的试题较少。从具体上来讲,第一题是补全单词。这是很基础的题型,都是一些课文中更是英语日常交际中一些很普遍的用语,但学生总体反应不是太好,这应该与他们的英语基础,以及学习英语的态度关系很大,当然作为教师,我也有不可推卸的责任。第二大题是英汉互译,是课文中比较典型的一些短语的表达。五道题是汉译英,五道题是英译汉。在这来看,学生们做的是那五道英译汉,还是对汉语比较熟悉,这也是肯定的,另外的五道汉译英只有极个别程度较好的才写对一两个,成绩比较惨烈。第三大题单选题还稍稍好一点。里面涉及到的知识点都比较基础,紧扣课本的知识点,学生们得分还是在这道题上多一点。涉及到的一些小短语和有关第三人称动词单三形式的题,一部分同学能够答对。第四大题是用所给次的正确形式填空。以前做的题中这类题较少,所以考试时见到这样的题不免有点不知所措,责任在教师。第五大题是按要求写句子。其中包括一般疑问句的变化,对划线部分提问,做否定回答和回答问题。之前做过一些有关训练,但学生

反映在试卷上的情况还是不容乐观。有学生反映尤其是对划线部分提问这类题遇到后还是不知道往哪方面想,这应该就是问题所在。作为老师我以后应该多跟学生沟通。第六大题是阅读理解,判断对误。这道题就比较综合考查学生的语言理解能力。它只能在记住所学短语句型的基础上才能看懂,所以对于我们这样的学生,属于偏难的题型。但是说难也不难,问题里的好多句子都是出现文中的,所以在文中也是可以找到的。因此有一部分学生做的还是相当不错的。这也涉及到做这种题的技巧。第七大题是写作题。这是考察语言综合运用能力的题。而且最大的问题在于作为老师的我没有意识到五年级英语会考到作文题,这是很大的失误。平时就没有练过写作,学生也写不出来。不过,看了卷子后,还是有学生自己写出来的。作文题目是“My family”,这册书第一单元就是在描述关于家庭成员基本情况的。这单元出现的短语我当时也让学生们重复再重复的念,背。所以还是有学生记住的,但这毕竟是少数。还有一部分同学实在没办法就抄了第六大题里面的短文,那篇短文也是关于家庭成员的。这种做法不对,但对他来说这也是最下下策的办法。 总之这次考试结果不理想。老师和学生两方面都做得不够好,才出现了这样的成绩。这也让我开始反思之前的教学和方法。之前两个月我很重视学生的读,但现在看来考试还是靠写的。当然,这不是说我以后就不训练学生的读和念了,是也要关注学生的写,双管齐下效果应该才好。
