本合同其它有关事项均按一般条款（详见后页）之规定办理，该一般条款为本合同之不可分割部分。

This contract is made in Chinese and English versions. In case of conflict between the two versions, the Chinese version will override the English version.

本合同虽以中文及英文两种文字书就，但以中文版本为准并具法律效力，英文版本仅作参考。

备注：1.For embargoed products, delivery of goods is subject to the availability of

Importer Statement on End-user and End-use applied by buyer, approval of

Export License from the Government of the manufacturer’s country and the

Government of the Hong Kong SAR.

对于受管制产品，货物的交付要取决于买方申请的“最终用户和最终用途说明书”及原厂国政府和香港特別行政區政府出口许可证是否获得批准。
