上周听了几节讲课，觉得大有收获，现在把所听所想进行了一番，出以下几点：
首先，这次观看两位的讲课以后，给我最大的一点，也是己不如人的地方就是他们一口标准流利的英语课堂教学语言，英语老师上课应该说英语，应最大限度地利用课堂时间让学生陶醉在英语的语言环境中，而不是有很多时间说的是汉语，因为说汉语就是在浪费课堂时间，
另外，通过观课和讲座，我还发现两位老师的上课都非常有灵活性，或者也可以说是教学机智，比如我们很多老师对学生的评价喜欢给学生发一些与上课不相干的东西，或者往学生脸上贴小星星，这对低年级的同学或许有效，但高年级的同学可能就比较反感。
专家建议我们给学生发自己的教具，但食物类最好用，以免学生产生食欲而影响了上课。
但发给学生的教具不可能送给学生，就要收回来，收的时候也要讲究策略，同时也可以带动学生练习刚学过的对话。
例如在教“家具”时回收，就可以出示一个房子，对学生说，“I bought a new house, but it is empty. I’d like some furnitures. Do you know what I’d like?”（我买了一座新房子，但它是空的，我想要些家具，你想知道我想要什么吗？）这样引导学生说：“What would you like?”（你想要什么？）教师再说：“I’d like…”（我想要……）这样
在学生练习了回答以后，也可以练习提问，同时老师也借此收回了发出的教具，这要比下课后直接问学生要具效果好得多。
还有就是英语单词的记忆问题，专家提出了“望文生音，依音推词”的教学理念，“望文生音”是说教师在书写新词时，每写一个字母或字母组合，都应该给学生示范它的发音，让学生以后再见到这个字母或字母组合也能慢慢会读。
“依音推词”是说学生学生了“望文生音”以后，基本上就知道了那个音节应该是由那个字母或字母组合构成，然后就能根据声音推断出单词的拼写，从英语单词教学从易到难的角度上来说，这是个不错的建议，英语教师不妨一试。
通过这次学习我受益良多，希望每一次的学习都能使自己的教学水平有所提高。
十月十一日至十三日我校安排全校教师观摩在襄樊市的第六届湖
北省英语课展评活动。
作为一名英语教师，面对这么多从事英语教学经验丰富的教师们，我迫切希望有机会向他人学习，毕竟对自己的教学仍然有许多迷惑并深感自己在教学中存在许多这样或那样的不足。
这一次的课展评共有12位教师参加了展评，历时三天，经过三天紧张的观摩学习，我感觉自己受益非浅，特别是选手们的高专业素质，高业务水平和驾驭课堂的高超技巧给我留下了很深的印象，
1. 巧妙运用多媒体提高了课堂效率本次参赛的12位选手在各自
的课展示中都运用了多媒体教学手段，他们在课展中都制作了课件，有的运用了PPT，有的运用了Flash, 有的运用了电影片断，也有这些都兼而用之的。
这是教师们教学手段上的进步和教学理念的更新。
运用多媒体手段，制作课件来进行教学，运用得当便可以激活课堂，使课堂更加生动，加大课堂教学容量，也能充分调动学生的学习积极性，从而提高课堂效率。
反思：的教师们在课堂上很少会使用现代科学教育技术设备，甚至有老师不会使用PPT或是制作Courseware 等等。
2．教学设计富有创意本次大赛中有不少教师的教学极富创意，给观课的教师们留下了很好的印象。
如一位教师在讲授Job时，巧妙的将有关xx北京的主题音乐及Flash搬到课堂，音乐感人，直观。
让学生通过这种方式了解更多的职业实在为美妙之举。
反思：凡事细节做起，我们需要多抽出时间来制作教具或Video来丰富课堂。
3．紧抓新课标，更好的发挥任务型教学任务型教学，太熟悉的字眼，最流行的词汇，不仅仅是我们，所有的老师都在尝试更好的将任务型
教学贯穿课堂始终。
任务型教学以学生为中心，有利于激发学生主动探索语言。
在任务型课堂上，学生始终处于一种积极的、主动的学习状态，任务的参与者之间的交流是一种互动的过程。
为了完成任务，学生尽力调动各种语言和非语言的资源进行“任务分析”，以达到解决某种交流问题的目的。
这次大赛中许多老师将任务型教学很好的利用在课堂中，整个完成任务的过程催化了学生自然的和有意义的语言应用，营造了一个有利于学生将语言运用为言语技能的支持环境，并通过完成特定的任务来获得和积累相应的学习经验，享受成功的喜悦，从而提高学生的学习兴趣和学习的积极性。
反思：正确认识自己的课堂，抓住时机下放任务，引导孩子进行任务分析，避免课堂表面学生表现积极，实则是无效教学的课堂。
4．将interview, talk show引进课堂有教师精心设计和运用了interview, talk show 在课堂教学中，学生们通过学习新的知识及以往知识的积累，完成特定的任务来充分展示自己观点，表达自己的思想。
反思：创新课堂是教师多观察多思考而得出的灵感和想法，可以借鉴此方法进行复习课的展示或公开课的展示。
5．自然，流利的英语口语大多数教师的英语口语水平确实不错，但给我印象颇为深刻的是一位四中授课的教师，她在课堂教学时，能使用清晰，流利，自然并且富有节奏感的英语口语，因此博得了大家的好评。
反思：作为英语学校的每一位老师都应该理直气壮的说
我的英语口语很牛，但是大家缺乏自我学习和讲英语的环境，只有课堂上简单的课堂用语和教材上的英语表达常常使用，要多提高自我学习的水平和自身口语水平。
6．课堂内容熟练时间把握准确所有参加比赛的教师们每位都能在45分钟之内讲完所要求的内容，并下放Homework，时间把握非常准确。
反思：加强课堂，增强课堂的严谨性。
教学本来就是一门留下遗憾的艺术，因为任何一堂课都不可能面面俱到，十全十美。
更何况由于观课者或评课者的眼界不同，水平有高有低，对教材的精神理解和把握也不尽一致，甚至对教材内容的熟悉程度也不一致，由此对一堂课的好差优劣所做出的评价自然也是智者见智，仁者见仁。
但是，凡是好的东西总归是好的，它总能让人受到鼓舞，并且使人很容易得到启发，甚至使人产生顿悟。
我在此本着反思教学的态度，力求从反思和总结中吸取一些营养，学习并借鉴一些有益的东西。
