Wang Dalin had three more days of holiday before the new school term was going to start.. But those three days weren’t ,much fun for Wang Dalin and his classmates. They had to stay inside , because there was a terrible typhoon(台风) outside!

The typhoon pulled big trees out of the ground, too. Luckily, no one died in Wang’s city. Aere is now in Guangdong Province. It is not as strong now, but it is giving people there heavy rains.

Aere is not the worst typhoon in China this year. Typhoon Rananim hit Zhejiang two weeks ago. It killed more than 100 people, and over 1600 were hurt. About 100 schools there were destroyed.
