网申投简历各种投递途径注意事项和细节投简历篇主要分成:1、email申;2、信件申;3、chinahr申;4、其他网申;5、其他问题这几部分讲,会尽量讲得实用一点。
open question和在线性格测试会在下一次讲,今天打羽毛球有点累了,所以暂时先讲申请过程中的问题。
首先补充一个简历方面的问题。
大家现在大都都是一面的简历,因为不会有hr有时间看更长的。
提醒一下,如果是递交电子版简历的话,大家应该特别关注word打开后,直接显示在屏幕上的这部分内容。
大家可以打开word试试看,这部分内容大概占到整面简历的一半多一点。
把你最吸引人的内容放在这里,会提高简历筛选率——这个是在简历workshop的时候,摩托罗拉的hr总监讲的。
1、email申。
这个是最没有问题的,把简历丢过去就好了。
我通过这样性质的申请单位并得到积极反馈的包括:新华社分社、日本瑞穗银行、tns、groupm。
主要这样投的都是咨询,于是email投的咨询我都没有过……哈……需要注意的问题包括以下几点:a. 扫描成绩单备用,很多地方要成绩单。
研究生最好把本科成绩单也开好,很多地方要求本科成绩单。
推荐表需要的话也扫描一下。
我不知到是不是所有学院的机房都有扫描仪,反正我们学院是随便用的。
极个别地方需要什么4、6级证书的扫描件,这个到时候再准备也不迟。
b. 投简历的邮件本身,可能的话请稍微写两句话。
一般都是英文的就好了。
c. 照片如果不是拍的数码照片,也请扫描好,有的地方需要email照片。
d. 标题很多单位都有规定的格式,请注意;没有规定格式的,也推荐把自己的名字写在标题里面,学校不错的把学校也写上,是研究生的可以考虑注明。
我一般都是这样取标题的“职位-学校-硕士-姓名”。
因为我的专业不算热门,和所投岗位也不太相符,所以就不写了,有的可以写上专业。
e. 选择邮箱,个人觉得应该是申请一个求职专用邮箱。
有人是和别的信放在一起,也有人用n个邮箱,都不太合适。

德勤和安永的网申没有open question(简称OQ),相对比较简单。
毕马威和普华永道的OQ较类似,比较注重团队协作能力。

OQ题:为什么你要应聘此岗位,你觉得这个岗位能给你带来什么,或 你能为企业做些什么,你能胜任此岗位吗?⾦金融⾏行业1.中⾦金问题:为什么对投⾏行感兴趣?有什么特别的成就令你非常骄傲?为什么我们要考虑你的申请?建议回答思路:首先要明白对投⾏行感兴趣的原因不能只从个⼈人角度出发,阐述自⼰己希望职业发展得更快,迅速进⼊入资本市场,希望快速步⼊入社会顶层,有很⾼高的收⼊入等等。
要从企业的角度考虑这个问题,企业为什么会问这个题,它要的是什么样的⼈人才,针对不同⼀一角度考虑回答,最重要的要说明自⼰己在投⾏行中,过去的积累(学习、⼯工作) 和经验(实习、项目)以及自身所具备的软件素质优势,能够发挥最⼤大的优势,或者能够为企业贡献最⼤大的价值。
虽然投⾏行对求职者的专业没有明确要求,但求职者必须具备相关实习经历或⼯工作经验。

h. chinahr癿是可以存入“库”癿,表忘记保存,我很多同学都是到了很丽以后才知道原来 可以丌要一个个填。虽然英语癿那个似乎问题很大,中文也有部分格子无法导入,但是总比没 有癿好。

感到它实在是没有理由bs我癿简历,丌过算了。主要是寄予希望癿都过了,丌通过癿都是本来 就知道丌太可能癿。
通过癿包括:思科、思科海外、玛氏、强生、杜邦、震旦。 没有通过癿,sony就丌说了,雀巢和阿迪达斯投乀前就知道倾向本科生,三星投乀后知道 倾向本科生,中国银行是与业太丌对口。还有一些在北京就没有听说谁有迚一步消息癿,所以 就忽略。 因而总癿来说,该过癿都过了,丌过癿大多都有心理准备。 至亍甲中间应该注意癿问题,可能需要总结一下。 a. 能填癿格子最好都填一下。人家设置自然都是有它癿道理,尽管有癿看上去无关紧要。 简历有癿是丌强制上传癿,但是大家估计还是都上传了吧,照片如果有相应癿格子也就上传了 吧…… b. chinahr把同一个东西设置了很多类别。比如奖学金等奖励,设置成了校内、校外、其他。 请注意,个人感觉这三个都写会好一点——当然前提是你有足够多癿东西写。校内奖学金一般 都是写几等奖、xx乀友。真正完全癿校外奖学金可能会比较少,但是如果有那种“公司奖”癿 话,其实丌妨写到校外来,也丌算“假”。其他奖项,前两项写丌了癿都写到这里来,这个时 候就挖尽心思想奖项吧。表空着。 c. 社会工作部分。chinahr设置成了校内和校外癿活劢。我本人校内活劢很多很多,校外活 劢几乎没有。但是为了把校外癿填上,把实习期间组织癿参不癿一些活劢工作写了迚来——尽 管在后面癿实习会写到。但是这个写上去也丌算是“假”,没别癿自然写这个,而丏可以突出 你癿主要工作。没有什举丌可以。 d. 工作部分。我有听说,是工作单位越多越容易过,因为加分多。但是丌推荐大家“胡编 乱造”。个人感觉是,如果单位比较多癿最好,单位性质多一点可能会好一点,比如我在媒体

In April 2009, I was a volunteer for Beijing International Education Fair which was held in Beijing
International Exhibition Center. During that time I worked with the AIEF American International
Education Fair), as an interpreter to assist the dean Ms.Lu from Southern Illinois University
Carbondale. Basically I worked as the bridge between the Chinese and Ms.Lu who didn't know a
word in Chinese. However, a bigger challenge was that Sohu.com wanted to have a short
interview with Ms.Lu. It was quite different from folk talk because I had to remember the long
paragraph Ms.Lu had said and then translated it on spot. Although I was not that professional I
tried my best to kept record of numbers of data and description of SIUC. The host and the
recorder were content with what I said and Ms.Lu knew that from their expression. From that day
on I became more confident with my English and my quick mind.
During Beijing Olympic Games, I was the Chief Cashier of Superstore at OCD. My main job was to
manage a team of over 30 cashiers who were also students from UIBE. Most of us didn't know
each other before until we made the team. Every day, I arranged their schedule, smoothened the
communication with cashiers and clients and was responsible for reserves and revenues. I made
clear rules of our team like no leaving without permission, calling me there before quarreling
with clients if there had been problems and working with smile. I read management book and
practiced it in my own experiences. It worked well. Absolutely we built a efficient team and I was
also honored the Star Volunteer for my good organizing and management.
Here I want to share a teeny tiny thing but of which I am proud. When I was a freshman in college,
I was a member in Sports Department of Student Union. I learned Chinese painting and other
kinds of design when I was young so I took the task of post designing of activities. At that time
the posts were so random that it was hard to recognize which belonged to Business School. So I
came up with the idea that we had to be outstanding with a standard icon shown at the
lower-right corner. It proved to be a success and from that day on, each post of Business School
would have that logo designed by me to show the difference. It became a good advertisement of
Business School.
