包括Let’s learn 和Ask and answer两个板块。
Let’s learn是在第一课时情景对话内容的基础上，提炼出描绘人物年龄及性格特点的核心词汇，以及重点问答句型Who’s your art teacher? Mr Jones. Is he young? Yes, he is.为学生们专项巩固训练重点词汇和句型设置内容，图文并茂，形象直观，容易被学生们吸收并内化，拓展了学生交际用语的适用范围，为学生们今后的学习做好了铺垫。
Ask and answer是训练Let’s learn里的重点单词和句型的活动版块。
通过抽取图卡进行相互问答的游戏活动，学生能够根据图片提示或实际情况灵活运用新学的重点单词和句型。
由于老师是学生们日常接触最多的形象人物，所以课前请学生们自制各任课老师的明信片，上面注明老师的名称、年龄和性格特点，学生们可以运用句型，灵活替换适当的描述词汇，达到学以致用的好效果。
本课时是本单元的第二课时，是对本单元第一课时中的对话情景的一个提炼与延展。
重点掌握特殊疑问句Who’s…? 和一般疑问句及其肯定、否定回答Is he / she …? Yes, he / she is ? No, he / she isn’t. 还有陈述句式She’s…本项问答活动中奥利弗首先询问“谁是史密斯女士？”答语是陈述句形式的“她是校长。
她很高。
她很严厉。
”通过学生对不同人物问答对话训练，能够激发学生们浓厚的学习兴趣，能够带动学生感受到学以致用的成功感和骄傲感。
本课时的重点内容与不同类型的人物有关，所以我准备采用搜集具有代表性的不同种类的人物图像，分别制作成PPT课件、学生手卡、微课视频等等，在课堂中创设多种游戏活动，为学生提供更多的英语对话场景，努力做到以学生为主体，在整堂课中，老师只是一个导师，主演始终都是学生们，而且努力做到，在整堂课中，尽力调配，不会让任何一位学生有“空闲”时间，而且每位学生时时刻刻都是在愉悦兴奋中学习、练习、表演等最佳状态中。

教学反思：本课时主要学习动词词组，大多数动词词组对于学生来说都是比较新的知识点，教师通过图片、游戏等让学生们学习并练习本节课词组，也比较容易记住这些词组。再通过小组对话，同桌之间一问一答等方式进行大量的练习，将词组的记忆融入在句子的学习当中，做到了词不离句，句不离词的有效结合。
通过提问的方式总结本节课词汇或者句型。并进行情感教育。
