1. Do you have a good memory? What are the possible advantages of having a poor memory?

To be honest, my memory is very bad. I often forget many things. However, I think it may be a good thing having a poor memory. On the one hand, if we can forget that unsuccessful experiences and keep positive attitude. We will have more courage to face troubles and make every efforts to achieve our dream. On the other hand,those with a poor memory tend to recover faster than those with a good memory .If we have a poor memory, we will forget the unhappy things easily. With the pass of time, the sad things will fade. Then, we will live a more happy life.

2. Which seems to be more important to you: school education or what you learn in the real world? Explain why. Both of them are very important for me, but if I have to choose one. I think what we learn in the real world is more important to me. No matter what we have learned in school, we have to step into society in one day .However, the school education is also necessary. As we all know, only the theory or only the practice is not good, the combination of them is the best. The school education is the theory, what we learn in the real world is the practice. Besides, more and more companies not only pay attention to the school education but also pay attention to what we learn in real world.

3. What subject do you like best? What made you like it: your personal interests, the teacher, etc.?

Of all the subjects I study I like math best, though many classmates think it is difficult. There are some reasons make me like this subject. First, as early as in high school, I am interested in math. I think it’s very interesting. I often very happy just because of making a math problem. Second, my math teacher is knowledgeable and patient. Just because of him, I'm willing to spend lots of my spare time on this subject. Last, math can helps me exercise my brain and make me more intelligent.

4. Have you ever cheated in an exam? How to prevent students’ che ating in examinations?

To be honest, yes, I've ever cheated in an exam. Because I failed to ready for that examination and I was afraid to fail. In my opinion, we can prevent students’ cheating in examinations by using the following tips. First, let student get ideological education so that they would resist cheating. Second, some punishment should be made. It is not enough to give the students who cheat in exam F. They must retake the course and be announced names to all students. Last, it is more important for teachers to carry out rules strictly. When they see students cheating, they shouldn’t turn a blind eye to it.

5. What is the best way to keep one’s spouse happy in the marriage? And explain why?

In my opinion, sharing enjoyment together is the bes t way to keep one’s spouse happy in the marriage. Couples should make a date at least once a week .such as see a movie, take a walk or go to the zoo. In fact, I don’t think conflict is avoidable between couples. Therefore, they can recall the time they spent together when they quarrel .And then, they will make up.For couples, traveling together is a very happy thing.This can enhance their relationship. In short, sharing enjoyment together is the best way to keep our spouse happy in our marriage.

6. What are the qualities that you think are important in your future husband or wife? Why?

As for me, the qualities that are important in my future husband are the responsibility and respect. I hope my spouse in the future is a people who do everything responsibility, and he is willing to spend more time with family and take care of us. Only he has the sense of responsibility, can he be responsible for me and our family. Mutual respect is also very important, it

can avoid many quarrels. He can’t interfere I making sex friends. I think the two are the key to a happy marriage.

7. What job would you like to do after your graduation? Give reasons for your choice.

I want to be a teacher after graduation. When I was in primary school, I met a teacher who changed my fate .He was very kind to me and always encourage me when I am down.From that time, I have a dream that become a teacher. I want to be a teacher like him. So, there is no doubt that I will choose to be a teacher after graduation. What’s more, I think being a teacher is so meaningful. They not only teach students all kinds of knowledge but also lead them to a bright future.

8. Do you want to be a boss who is starting a company or an employee with a high salary? Give reasons for your choice.

I want to be a boss who is starting a company. Different people may have different choices .Some people may choose a regular job with a high salary for a variety of reasons. What they want is a stable life. With a high-paying job, they and their families can live a comfortable life without much pressure. However, I like challenge. Start a company involves a lot of effort. What’s more, it is risky challenging. By trying to start a company not only can make lots of money, but also develop abilities to overcome difficulties.

9. Why do you think some people smoke? What are the disadvantages of smoking?

As we all know, smoking is a kind of common phenomenon. I think people smoking for relieve their pressure. And some people may think that they

can escape from the reality by smoking. The disadvantages of it are obvious. First, regularly smoking makes your teeth become yellow. Second, it may increase the risk of disease and lead to cancer. Last but not least, second-hand smoking can also do harm to others around him. So "No smoking" is a wise choice for everyone. Only in this way can we live a longer life.

10. Would you like to live with your parents when they are old? What do you think can be done to improve older people’s lives if their children do not live with them?

Of course, I want to live with my parents when they are old. They are my parents and I love them very mach. I think it’s my duty to take care of them. The old man whose children do not live with them should develop some habits such as dancing, playing chess or fishing. The community should also establish the Old Man Club so that the old people will find the same people who have the same hobby with them and enjoy a good time together. What’s more, their children should hire a woman to look after them .And they should go back home every weekend and talk with their parents even if they are busy working. So that the old won’t feel lonely after they are retired.

11. How has the climate changed in recent years? Give some possible reasons for the change.

Recant climate change is more and more abnormal, especially compared with the past. Nowadays, the days of high temperature and strong rainfall has increased. There are some reasons leading to this phenomenon. First of all, many factories release greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Secondly, So many trees are cut down so that plants absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere greatly reduce. Last but not the least, the growth of world population leads to the shortage of foods energy. In my opinion, we should be more concerned about climate change.

12. What mode of transportation do you prefer to travel, by plane, by train or other means? Why?

I hold the view that it depends. If I have a clear destination and don’t have enough time. I will choose plane. Because it’s so fast and convenient. But if I have enough time and want to travel many places. I think train is a good choice. It’s not only can save much money but can see more sights. And I can enjoy the journey along the way. W hat’s more, in terms of the environment, train belongs to low carbon environmental protection transportation. It’s also a good choice for people who are fearful of height. And they can enjoy the beautiful scenery and make friends with along the way.

13. What do you and your parents usually prepare before the Spring Festival? What does the Spring Festival mean to Chinese people?

A few days before the Spring Festival, we will do some small snacks, such as pumpkin cakes. We will also prepare some bacon and salted fish. Then, we will clean the house and buy a lot of special purchases for the diner on New Year’s Eve. And I also go to visit relatives and say Happy New Year to them during the Spring Festival. Then I will get some money and enjoy delicious food. The Spring Festival is the ending of the past year and the starting of the New Year. It means a new starting. Besides, it’s the golden time for all the family members to gather.

14. Do you think it is necessary for the Chinese to celebrate Christmas? Why or why not?

I think it is not necessary for the Chinese to celebrate Christmas. Firstly, we have our own Festivals, such as the spring festival, the mid-autumn festival and so on. Secondly, Christmas have special means in western countries that

is to memory the Santa Claus. But in china, people only celebrate it for entertainment. I think it is worthless. Finally, the young people these days pay more attention to the western festivals while ignore our national festivals. If this phenomenon continues, our traditional festivals will disappear. It would be a loss to Chinese culture and word civilization.

15. Do you think most people today will put their money in banks, the stock market or real estate? Why or why not?

As far as I know, most Chinese are traditional, and they like to put their money in the bank. Although it is true that bank interest rates are low. The money in banks is safe. The interest rates of the stock market or real estate are high, but the risk is high, too. In the 1990s, many Chinese entered the stock market. But many are failed. This depressed many investors. The real estate market was hot, or rather overheated. Then the government published regulations to discourage real estate investment. In short, I think most Chinese prefer to save their money in banks.

16. Do you think it is necessary to set goals in your life? Why or why not?

I think it is necessary to set goals in my life. As we all know, “living without an aim is like sailing without a compass.” It tells us that goal setting is very important in life. Goal setting can provide us direction and purpose. People are more motivated when they want to attain the goal they set and have a sense of satisfaction when they succeed. Meanwhile, success requires both setting goals and working hard. In short, setting goals will ensure everyone to make their dream come true.

17. Do you agree that conventional libraries become useless at the Age of Information? Why or why not?

I disagree that conventional libraries become useless at the age of information. In my opinion, conventional libraries are still available .Even

though some people, especially the younger generation, they often look up information on the internet. But it doesn’t deny the importance of conventional libraries in our life. At the age of information, as long as knowledge is res pected and cherished, libraries aren’t useless. What’s more, library is a place where we can enjoy peace and quietness.

18. Would you travel abroad for holidays? What do you think are the possible reasons for many Chinese people choosing to travel abroad for their holidays nowadays?

I would travel abroad for holidays even though I haven’t traveled abroad. In resent years, more and more people choose to travel abroad. what exactly contribute to this phenomenon？The reasons can be listed as follows. On the one hand, with the rapidly development of economic, a lot of people can afford the traveling expenses. On the other hand, they can see different skin colors people and different scenery. They also can experience different culture. This is a cultural exchange.

19. Is the increasing use of Internet slangs destroying or enriching our language system? Why?

Internet slangs are very popular among the younger generation. It’s use not only chat online but also face-to-face communications. Some students even use them in essay. "Every coin has two sides". People have different opinions towards this social phenomenon. As far as I am concerned, it enriches our language system and makes language diverse. Moreover, these words, creating by ourselves, are enriching our dictionaries unconsciously. But using them in some serious occasion is unsuitable. In short, I agree with the point that the increasing use of Internet Slang enriches our language system.

20. When you meet difficulties in life, do you always think positively? Why or why not?

Of course, I try my best to think positively when I get into troubles. Because think positively is very important in our life. It has a deep influence on our mood and success. If someone is frustrated when meet difficulties. He will not focus on the things and deal with them. So, we must have a positive attitude toward them instead of thinking negatively. Only in this way can we always face the reality and try our best to solve difficult situations. Thinking positively is the key to success.
