国际收支的自动调节机制有哪几种?什么环境会使自动调节机制失效? 一、固定汇率制度下的自动调节机制: 1、货币价格机制(价格-现金流动机制) 在金本位制度下，一国国际收支出现赤字，就意味着本国黄金的净输出。由于黄金外流，国内黄金存量下降，货币供给就会减少，从而引起国内物价水平下跌。本国商品的竞争能力就会提高，外国商品在本国市场的竞争能力就会下降，于是出口增加、进口减少，使国际收支赤字减少或消除。同样，国际收支盈余也是不能持久的，因为黄金内流趋于扩大国内的货币供给，造成物价水平上涨。物价上涨不利于出口而有利于进口，从而使盈余趋于消失。 2、收入机制在纸币本位的固定汇率制度下，国际收支出现赤字时，政府为了维持汇率稳定，必须卖出储备回笼货币，货币供给减少，公众就会直接减少国内支出(即吸收);同时，货币供给减少导致利率上升也会进一步减少国内支出。而国内支出的一部分是用于进口花费的，这样，随着国内支出的下降，进口需求也会减少。同样，盈余也可以通过国内支出增加造成的进口需求增加而得到自动削减。 3、利率机制一国国际收支出现赤字时，为了维持固定汇率，一国货币当局就必须干预外汇市场，抛售外汇储备，回购本国货币，造成本国货币供应量的减少。这首先会带来市场银根的紧缩、利息率上升，于是导致本国资本外流的减少、外国资本流人的增加，结果使资本账户收支改善;反之，国际收支盈余则会通过利息率下降导致本国资本流出的增加、外国资本流人减少，使盈余减少或消除。这是国际收支失衡的利率效应。
