肉牛饲养管理手册（二）第二章犊牛饲养管理技术第一节新生犊牛的护理1、犊牛生下后，立即用干抹布或干草将口鼻部黏液拭净。
2、若有假死（心脏仍在跳动），应立即将犊牛两后肢拎起，倒出喉部羊水，并进行人工呼吸。
3、脐带如已断裂可在断端用5%碘酒充分消毒；未断时先把脐部用力揉搓10多次（1—2分钟），再距腹部6—8厘米处用消毒剪刀剪断；然后充分消毒（碘酒或烧），一般不需结扎，以便干燥。
为防止被粪尿污染可用纱布把脐带兜起来。
4、冬天先擦干犊牛身上黏液再处理脐带,天气温暖时可让母牛自行舔干。
5、剥去软蹄、进行称重和编号（打耳号）。
6、犊牛站立时，要进行帮助，最后教其哺饮初乳。
第二节犊牛的饲养1、犊牛是指出生到3月龄或到4—6月龄的小牛。
⑴初生期①犊牛出生后7—10天以内称为初生期。
②肉用犊牛的哺乳可采取随母自然吸吮，哺乳犊牛的生长发育受母牛奶量的直接影响。
自然哺乳一般于6—7月龄断奶。
另外可采取人工哺乳的方法，引导犊牛由桶内哺饮母牛分娩5—7天以内产生的初乳。
采用的方法是一手持桶，另一手中指及食指浸入乳中使犊牛吸吮。
当犊牛吸吮指头时，慢慢将桶提高使犊牛口紧贴牛乳而吸吮，习惯后吸可将指头从口内拔出，并放于犊牛鼻镜上，如此反复几次，犊牛便会自行哺饮初乳。
如果犊牛拒绝吸吮，可用胃管强制饲喂。
③初乳每天分3次饲喂，饲喂时的温度应保持在35—38℃。
在初乳期每次哺乳后1—2小时，应饮温开水（35—38℃）1次。
④采用单栏露天培育。
⑵哺乳期①犊牛经过3—5天的初乳期限之后称哺乳期。
②在犊牛舍集中饲养或在室外犊牛栏内，由人工辅助进行喂乳。
在哺乳早期，犊牛最好喂其母亲的常乳，从10—15天开始，可由母乳改喂混合乳。

牛舍使用说明书
一、工程概况：
1、 牧场位于 。
养殖规模： 。
使用年限： 。

2、本工程为 奶牛养殖牛舍，建筑面积 平方米，长 米
宽 米 ，檐口高度 米，屋面坡度 ﹪。结构类型为轻钢
结构，混凝独立土柱基础，屋面和墙面采用 厚彩钢聚苯保温板，
牛舍养殖形式为塔式敞开式散栏圈养（低段面横向通风敞开式散栏圈
养）。
3、质量保修期限：合同中明确的部分按合同执行，未明确的如下：
土建部分：一年（地基基础和主体结构工程，为设计文件规定的
该工程的合理使用年限）。
给排水部分：二年（阀门等易损件保质期6个月）。
电照部分：二年（灯泡和灯管等易损件保质期6个月）。
钢结构部分：一年（合同中明确的部分按合同执行）。
配套设施部分：一年（牛劲夹，牛卧床，饮水槽，牛栏门等）。
配套设备部分：一年（刮粪板的胶板等易损件保质期6个月）。
二、工程细部说明及使用要求：

1、土建部分：基础采用C20混凝土独立柱基础,基底埋深1.2m。
严禁在已完工的基础边开挖土方和地面上随意开洞，避免地面粪水灌
入基础，造成基础下陷。饲喂道的宽度 5米，地面标高0.100m,地面
为150mm厚C20浇混凝土一次压光拉毛地面，饲喂道靠近牛劲夹处贴
800×800全瓷防滑地板砖，地板砖同混凝土地面一平，允许标准轴
载BZZ-10以内的饲喂车饲喂道中间通行。采食道的宽度3.3（4.2）
米，地面标高0.000m,地面为120mm厚C20浇混凝土一次压光刻痕拉
毛地面, 靠近牛劲夹处铺20mm厚1.5米宽防滑胶板，标高同混凝土
地面，允许标准轴载BZZ-10以内的车辆偶尔通行，严禁用装载机铁
铲推粪，如采用装载机清粪，应选择16型以下的装载机换胶皮铲使
用。清粪道的宽度2.9（3.3）米，地面标高0.000m,地面为120mm厚
C20浇混凝土一次压光刻痕拉毛地面，允许标准轴载BZZ-10以内的
车辆偶尔通行，严禁装载机铁铲推粪，如采用装载机清粪，应选择
16型以下的装载机换胶皮铲使用。牛舍内混凝土矮墙宽度为140mm,
内配ф12钢筋。牛劲夹下矮墙500mm高，牛卧床、清粪道矮墙300mm
高，饮水槽处矮墙1.2m高。严禁车辆或设备撞击矮墙或把矮墙作为
受力构件。牛卧床高度300mm,卧床沼渣垫料120mm，垫料下立铺红机
砖垫层。严禁车辆进入碾压。
2、给排水部分：牛舍给水管道由室外两条DN70镀锌给水管进入
牛舍汇合形成循环给水管路，保证室外阀门一个损坏后继续能供水，
正常供水开启有流量计的一路供水，另一路供水平时关闭，作为备用
供水管路。牛舍外设阀门井，井内设给水总阀，泄水阀和水表。北方

严寒地方使用单位在冬季来时必须清理阀门井内的积水和用保温材
料封堵阀门井。
室内给水管道埋设于牛卧床地下，有饮水槽处留设DN20镀锌管
并设铜闸阀，北方此管作保温处理。饮水槽设于牛卧床之间（或牛舍
纵墙外侧），每栋牛舍共计24个，饮水槽由不锈钢板制作，给水方式
为自动浮球阀补水，饮水槽下部设置给水管和排水管，给水管和排水
管全设阀门控制，饮水槽每天必须有专人检查是否有浮球关闭不严和
被牛撞坏的问题。做到发现一处即时修理一处。北方采用的电加热保
温饮水槽应每天检查供电、加热是否正常，有无漏电和电线护管被牛
损坏现象。
饮水槽清洗要有计划清理，要清洗的饮水槽事先关闭上水阀，待
水槽水空后再用水清洗，以节约用水。
3、电照部分：塔式敞开式散栏圈养牛舍配电开关箱设于山墙中
柱距地1.4m处,供电线路由变压器配电室电缆埋地引入，照明灯具安
装于饲喂道板下，安装方式吊链安装，灯具沿牛舍纵向每12m悬吊一
盏，每盏功率为105w的节能灯，两侧山墙饲喂门外上方各安装一盏
400w射灯，作为晚上饲喂室外照明所用，灯具照明控制采用手动开
关或定时器控制。
低段面横向通风敞开式散栏圈养牛舍配电开关箱设于室外配电
室，供电线路由变压器配电室电缆埋地引入，照明灯具安装于采食道、
清粪道板下，安装方式吊链安装，灯具沿牛舍纵向每6m悬吊一盏，
每盏功率为105w的节能灯，两侧山墙饲喂门外上方各安装一盏400w

射灯，作为晚上饲喂室外照明所用，灯具照明控制采用手动开关或定
时器控制。
照明箱所安装的开关、线路和电器件是按照用电设备设计配置
的，严禁乱接线路和增加用电设备。使用单位应有专人经常检查线路、
灯具、开关等电器件，有线路发热，烧焦、虚接和开关控制失灵及灯
具损坏等现象应即时维修，修理时必须断电作业，严禁带电操作。
4、钢结构部分：牛舍钢结构采用轻型钢结构，柱和屋架为型钢
材料，檩条采用C型或Z型檩条，屋面和墙面维护采用复合聚苯彩钢
保温板，钢结构连接采用焊接或螺栓连接。钢结构防腐采用喷砂、抛
丸除锈，外涂环氧富锌漆和树脂面漆。钢结构和维护彩板严禁车辆撞
击，如发生撞击应即时维修和涂刷防腐涂料，如损坏严重应找专业施
工单位维修。使用单位根据钢结构腐蚀情况应保证钢结构一至两年涂
刷一次防腐涂料。严禁在钢结构上增加设计外负荷，严禁在屋面和墙
面上开洞。不定期检查屋面、墙面板的连接状况，发现螺丝松动现象
即时紧固，特别是屋脊彩板易被风刮起。
5、配套设施部分：牛舍设施包括牛劲夹、牛卧床，牛栏门，遥
控保温翻转车库门或推拉保温门，温帘风机降温系统和粪沟冲刷设
施。
牛劲夹、牛卧床、牛栏门由热镀锌管材焊接和栓接，使用过程中
应常检查是否有撞坏和变形、下沉现象，连接螺栓是否有脱落松动部
位，有损坏和变形应即时维修，避免引起大面积设施联动破坏。遥控

保温翻转车库门或推拉保温门在使用时应开启到车辆通行应有的宽
度和高度。
温帘风机降温系统，使用单位应经常检查水幕供水的质量，定时
清理过滤器和检查水泵的运行状况。严禁撞击蒸发水幕的填充料，如
发现变形和漏水即时修理。使用单位必需每天分时段观测牛舍内外温
度与湿度，及时调整风机的开启数量，及调节水幕水泵的开启。高温、
高湿天气，多开风机，凉爽天气少开风机 在保证牛舍温度、湿度同
时最大限度节约能源。气温4℃以下时，严禁湿帘供水，以防湿帘结
冰。水帘纸每天关闭一小时左右，使水帘彻底晾干一次，使生物因缺
少水分而不能生存，以防止藻类滋生。水帘循环水应消毒，氯和溴用
在短时处理（小于一天）的浓度为3--5ppm（百万分之一），连续处
理时的浓度为1ppm以可控制异味和藻类的滋生。水帘循环水还要定
期更换，循环水PH值在6-9，电导率小于1000微欧姆（μs/cm），
视水质不同通常一、二周更换一次。水泵控制总开关位于牛舍配电室，
循环水池旁设置各个水泵单独开关箱。粪沟冲刷设施可手动和定时冲
刷，控制开关位于每个排水管附近，使用单位应经常检查阀门及电路
的完好性，冲刷水量的大小。
6、配套设备部分：牛舍的清粪系统共 套，每套包括卷扬机、
钢丝绳、刮板及配套供电控制系统，运行速度2m-4m/分，调试后自
动运行。刮板机应24小时运转，严禁停止时间过长，一次性刮运超
负荷粪量，即损伤刮板机以影响冲粪系统的正常运行。使用单位应经
常有专人检查刮粪系统的运行状况，定期保养上油，根据刮粪板下胶

板的磨损状况更换新胶板。严禁车辆和重物撞击或碾压刮粪系统。如
发现异常应立即断电后维修。塔式敞开式散栏圈养牛舍内的防暑降温
风机位于牛劲夹和卧床上方距地2.2m,根据风机风量大小间隔距离
12-18m.风机采用自动温度控制和手动控制，可由使用单位选择转换
控制方式。低段面横向通风敞开式散栏圈养牛舍在纵墙上安装通风负
压风机，每个风机可集中和单独控制，集中控制开关位于牛舍配电室，
单独控制开关位于风机上。风机属于精密机械，严禁人员和机械撞击，
使用单位培训牛舍管理人员不要把手或其他物件伸入风机内，特别是
女性长发注意被风机吸入。风机维修时必须断电。
7.其他事项：牛舍山墙两侧的混凝土平台是为车辆进出和转道使
用设置的，不允许停放车辆和堆放杂物，严禁饲喂人员在平台上休息。
重型车辆或大型设备严禁驶入和放置。牛舍的雨水由牛舍两侧的雨水
沟排放，使用单位必须定期清理维护雨水沟，确保畅通。严禁雨水排
入牛粪排放系统。牛舍门边各设两根防撞柱，如发现撞坏必须立即修
复。本牛舍已考虑防雷接地，如发现接地不良应测量接地电阻，排除
隐患。
本使用说明书中如有未尽事宜，请使用部门按照国家和现代牧业
（集团）有限公司有关建筑物和设备的使用规范执行。
