Specific compensation standards, payment, and time is set by the “the system of compensation management” by the company 五、社会保险 Social Insurance 甲方应按照国家有关社会保险的法律、法规和政策为乙方缴纳基本养老、基本医疗、失业、工伤、生育保险费用;社会保险费个人缴纳部分,甲方从乙方工资中代扣代缴。In accordance with national laws, regulations and policies relating to social insurance, Party A shall pay the basic pension, basic medical, unemployment, work injury and maternity insurance costs, for the Party B; social insurance premiums paid by individuals part is withhold wages from Party B. 六、劳动纪律和规章制度 Labor discipline and regulations 1、甲方依法制定的劳动纪律和规章制度,乙方有义务遵守;Labor discipline and regulations legally stipulated by party A, party B shall have the duty to abide by it. 2、签订本合同前,甲方已对乙方进行了劳动纪律、操作规程、管理制度等相应的培训;Before signing this contract, Party A has to provide party B the labor discipline, operating procedures, management system and the corresponding training 3、乙方应当遵守甲方的工作操作规程,服从工作安排;Party B shall abide by the working procedures, obey the work arrangement of party A. 4、乙方违反劳动纪律或规章制度,甲方有权按本单位的规章制度,给予纪律处分,直至解除本合同。If Party B violates labor discipline or regulations, Party A is entitled by the rules of the unit to give Party A disciplinary action, up to terminate this contract. 七、劳动合同的变更 The change of labor contract 订立本合同所依据的客观情况发生重大变化,致使本合同无法继续履行的,经双方协商同意,
