“网大”)选择在此时发布2010年中国大学排行榜，北大、清华依然高居榜单前两名。

这是网大第11次发布其中国大学排行榜，由其过去十年积累的数据纵向比较，网大认为政府对北大、清华等豪门的投入越来越多，后面学校的数据则越来越寒酸，马太效应明显。

前20名排名变化不大
网大()2010中国大学排行榜，一改从1999年至2008年，把所有大学都列举出来、大而全的序列形式，改为只发中国大学百强榜。

排行榜按照教师资源、声誉、物资资源、学生情况、学术成果、学术资源等多项指标，由包括30名院士、177名大学和中学校长、22名教授、27名研究员和35名老师等为主要的外部参与者进行评价。

排行榜显示，清华、北大依然高居榜单前两名；第3—9名分别是浙江大学、上海交大、复旦大学、南京大学、中国科技大学、哈工大、中国人大；北师大和华中科技大学并列第10。

在1999年—2010年，中国大学排行榜发布的11年中，有59所高校一直屹立在排行榜百强之列，而且百强榜前20名的高校排名变化并不大，清华大学在最近十年稳居第一。

相比于上一次的榜单，安徽大学、中央民族大学、浙江工业大学、福建医科
大学四所学校跌出百强，但它们的各项评分，都比2008年时有所提高，说明其他学校跑得更快。

而今年，江苏大学、长安大学、南昌大学、沈阳医科大学、西南政法大学、燕山大学和重庆医科大学则进入百强榜单，蒋继宁表示，这得益于他们声誉得分大大提高。

此外，苏州大学、云南大学、燕山大学、华北电力大学、广西大学成为1999年—2010年十一年间起落最大的大学，它们名次变化的区间从36名到85名不等。

2010年《中央日报》的大学评估中，POSTECH（前浦项工大）上升到了韩国全国第2名。

KAIST自2008年起连续三年位居首位。

延世大学和高丽大学分别位列第4名和第5名，仅隔一年双方便互换了席次。

今年的大学评估是针对韩国的93所4年制大学（2009年为88所）进行的。

是以教育条件（95分）、国际化（70分）、教授研究（115分）、舆论和涉足社会（70分）等四项指标的综合成绩为标准进行排名的。

韩国4年制大学的企划处（室）长们组成的“全国企划处长协议会”担任了《中央日报》的咨询团（8人），并决定了评估的指标、标准、加权值以及合分方式等。

前几名大学的排名竞争非常激烈。

在教授研究项目的9个指标中，KAIST的平均每位教研究费和专利等5项指标都高居第一，也因此维持了第一宝座。

POSTECH在教授研究和教育条件方面得到了大幅改善，不仅发表了2009年被理工科的教授们引用次数最多的论文（平均每位教授引用40次），该校全部专业课程的一半都实现了英语教学。

特别是POSTECH的教育经费达到了平均每位学生5508万韩元，远远领先其他大学（平均974万韩元）。

庆熙大学此次首次排到了第7名，梨花女子大学也连升两位，排名第10。

2009年间，庆熙大学的外籍教授由93名增加到了125名，科技国际论文也从789篇增加到了903篇，使其在国际化领域的评分中取到了不小优势。

10~20名的排位发生了较大的变化。

2009年排名18的亚洲大学上升到了第13位，曾排到30多名的淑名女子大学则大幅上升到了第19名。

另外，针对本校和分校分离的9所大学中要求进行分别评估的4所大学，今年还特别进行了分开评估。

结果显示，东国大学的首尔校区排名17（庆州校区排名49）。

在国立大学中，全北大学由30多名一跃上升至22名，成为了上升最快的学校。

2010年中国大学排行榜100强

北京大学3年蝉联第一，中山大学首次挺进十强在中国校友会网大学评价课题组最新发布的2010中国大学综合排名中，北京大学蝉联2010中国大学排行榜首位，清华大学列第二，复旦大学居第三，这已经是三校第5年名蝉联中国大学排名前三甲。

浙江大学列第四，与去年相比名次没有变化；上海交通大学上升至第五；南京大学比去年下降一位，名列第六；名列第七、八位的是武汉大学和中国人民大学，吉林大学列第九，中山大学上升至第十名。

引人注意的是，中山大学首次挺进中国大学排行榜十强，中国校友会网大学评价课题组首席专家、中南大学蔡言厚教授分析指出，这完全得益于中山大学过去一年在国家973项目立项、两院院士增选和杰出青年基金申请等方面的突出表现。

名列2010中国大学排名第十一至二十名高校依次是华中科技大学、四川大学、南开大学、山东大学、北京师范大学、哈尔滨工业大学、中国科技大学、中南大学、西安交通大学和厦门大学。

2010中国大学排行榜10强首次推出“中国大学星级排名”，北大、清华和港大等荣膺“中国六星级大学”在《2010中国大学评价研究报告》中，最值得关注的是中国校友会网大学评价课题组在国内率先对我国大学(含港澳高校)进行“评星定级”，首次推出“2010中国大学星级排名”。

中国校友会网大学评价课题组首席专家、中南大学蔡言厚教授指出，中国大学星级排名以大学的人才与科研产出的质量为基准，是对我国大学办学成就与办学水平的分级评价。

评星标准强调的是大学的师资水平、毕业生质量和科研成果水平等。

星级评价结果分为6个星级，最高为六星，最低为一星，今年仅评出“三星”以上大学。

在最新发布的“2010中国大学星级排名”中，北京大学、清华大学，香港大学，中央音乐学院、中央戏剧学院、北京电影学院、中央美术学院和北京体育大学等荣膺“中国六星级大学”。

2010中国大学排行榜前100名武书连、吕嘉、郭石林的“2010中国大学评价”全新出炉，在中文核心期刊《科学学与科学技术管理》杂志2010年第4期、第5期刊登。

中国统计出版社2010年3月出版了武书连主编的《挑大学选专业-2010高考志愿填报指南》。

一、中国顶尖大学的学术竞争已经白热化在武书连的2010中国大学排行榜中，清华大学以190.21分连续14年蝉联冠军，北京大学以189.43分摘得亚军，浙江大学以189.28分取得季军。

获得第4名到第10名的大学依次是：上海交通大学、复旦大学、南京大学、武汉大学、华中科技大学、中山大学、四川大学。

数据显示，本年度清华大学、北京大学的冠亚军赢得十分艰难，浙江大学、上海交通大学已经开始挑战清华北大的传统地位。

获得前3名的清华大学、北京大学、浙江大学的总得分差距已经缩小为不足0.5%(190.21，189.43，189.28)。

浙江大学在科学研究领域的得分继上年超过北京大学后，今年又越过清华大学而居中国大学科学研究第1名、自然科学研究第1名。

总分第4名的上海交通大学自然科学得分首次超过北京大学列中国大学自然科学研究第3名。

浙江大学与上海交通大学自然科学研究得分之和(181.95分)，首次超过清华大学与北京大学自然科学研究得分之和(167.46分)。

这些都反映出中国顶尖大学在学术领域的竞争已经白热化。

不过，浙江大学、上海交通大学的理科类大学性质，明白无误地展示了两校人文社会科学的相对弱势。

四川大学2009年SCI第一作者论文数量首次超过复旦大学列中国大学第5名(前4名是：浙江大学、上海交通大学、清华大学、北京大学)，且时隔6年重返中国大学前10名，标志着中国西部地区高校的重新崛起。

二、《中国大学评价》是唯一公开原始数据的大学排行榜武书连强调：中国大学评价的指导思想、指标体系、指标权重、数据来源、评价公式从17年前的1993年发布第一个排行榜时就已经全部公开，使用的数据都是公开数据，无论谁都不可能修改评价结果。
