”这是木心写下的《从前慢》，生于浙江乌镇的他大概没有想到，这座从前慢的江南小镇，正被互联网带起一波快节奏。
就像西栅那座模样静好的木心美术馆，就像河道里桨声欸乃的摇橹船，与景区的人声鼎沸，与恨不得一天当两天用的创客之间，存在着鲜明的对比和反差。
从慢到快健康手环成老人标配，可10秒内报警3个月前的一天，82岁的沈彩和起床穿鞋，不慎失去重心摔在地上。
还好她戴着智能手环，乌镇智慧养老综合服务平台在10秒内收到了她的报警。
1分钟后，值班的工作人员章轶巍将这一情况通知到了沈彩和的女儿。

2014年11月19日至21日，首届世界互联网大会（乌镇峰会）在浙江乌镇举行。这
是中国举办的规模最大、层次最高的互联网大会，也是世界互联网领域一次盛况空前的高峰
会议。大会以“互联互通、共享共治”为主题，由中华人民共和国国家互联网信息办公室和
浙江省人民政府共同主办，由浙江省网信办、浙江省经信委、乡市政府和中国互联网络信息
中心联合承办。
世界互联网大会，是由中华人民共和国倡导并举办的互联网盛会，旨在搭建中国与世
界互联互通的国际平台和国际互联网共享共治的中国平台，让各国在争议中求共识、在共识
中谋合作、在合作中创共赢。中国接入国际互联网20年来，由中国倡导并举办世界互联网
大会，这还是第一次。此次大会的成功举办意义重大。它不仅搭建了中国与世界互联互通的
国际平台和国际互联网共享共治的中国平台，更发挥了中国作为互联网大国应有的责任和担
当；凝聚了共识，推动了合作；让各国增进了了解与互信，促进了共享共治；吸引了全球目
光，国内外舆论高度关注。而且将浙江乌镇作为世界互联网大会的永久会址，每年举办一届，
具有深厚的现实意义和历史意义。除了这一系列会议成果，首届世界互联网大会更标志着我
国对互联网的发展与管理已由过去的被动接招转变为如今的主动出击。2014年是中国全功
能接入互联网20周年，乌镇举行的首届世界互联网大会意义重大，标志着中国开始从互联
网大国走向互联网强国。
