低头拉“车" 抬头看“路”
欣闻截至2010年11月15日,连云港一阿
拉山12集装箱班列实现历史性的爆发式增长,突
破500列24000车48000TEU。本人还没有来得
及统计到其它港口的大陆桥运量,但是,铁道部
的专家表示,预计今年阿拉山13的进出12运量肯
定能够超过15000万吨。国际集装箱运输同l:lr_N
有28%的增长,并有可能超过2008年23.3万
TEU的水平,创造新亚欧大陆桥国际集装箱运输
的历史最好水平。
做为一家行业杂志,我们感到无比高兴。因
为毕竟是在金融危机后,陆桥运输又一次站到了
历史高位。自金融危机爆发后,我们及时组织相

分段提出来,就是在一个段上找到它的一个特
点。然后提出来,这是大陆桥下一个阶段发展的
重点方向。还有。现在陆桥运输畅通到东欧了,那
么到鹿特丹是什么时间呢?东亚一些发达国家,
像日本和韩国加快了与欧洲的交流,如何促进他
们利用新亚欧大陆桥这个最便捷的通道呢?现在
随着全球化的发展,大陆桥已经不仅仅是中亚和
欧洲的问题了。它应该把东亚地区和东欧地区也
连接起来。
还有政策问题。大陆桥的政策方向是怎么样
的?有谁想过吗?我们不仅要看到大陆桥今天的
“车”、装车的量、发送的“车”量;更应该想到大陆
桥明天的“路”在哪里?怎么走?
