摘要:一针对制药行业生产废水达标排放的法规,以福利康制药厂污水处理厂为例,采用建筑节能设
计思想,改进原处理工艺设计,提出合建调节沉淀池,构筑综合生化池,减少占地面积,采用变频控制,减少无功损耗,降低电能的消耗量,同时增加了污水处理站供电网的有功功率,出水

Shenzhen 518031,Guangdong ,China )一一Abstract :In view of the pharmaceutical industry production wastewater discharging standard and regulations ,Fulikang Pharmaceutical Wastewater Treatment Plant as an example ,the idea of building energy efficiency design is expounded for improving the original treatment process design ,proposing the construction of the sedimentation tank with adjusting function ,building integrated biochemical pool ,reducing the occupied area ,using the frequency conversion control ,lowering the reactive power loss and the consumption of electrical energy ,at the same time ,increasing the active power of supply network in sewage treatment station ,the effluent water quality reaches the national emission standards ,saving investment of 250000Yuan ,reducing the power consumption of 11.76kW 四h /a (equivalently ,47800tce /a ).一一Keywords :industrial building ;building energy efficiency ;energy saving technology ;energy saving design ;standardized discharging ;sewage treatment ;power saving ;environmental protection 0一引言
制药行业在生产过程中产生大量的工业废水,处
理此部分的工业废水需建设构筑物以满足处理工艺
的需要,同时,运行过程中消耗大量的能源,因此,污
水处理厂(站)的土建工程设计方案融入节能设计的
思想是一项有效的节能措施三
本文以福利康制药有限公司污水处理厂为例,该
污水处理厂对中药制剂生产线产生的生产废水进行
处理,根据该企业中药制剂生产废水中的污染物二浓
度等参数,在原处理工艺设计的基础上,充分考虑处
理的要求特点,采用建筑节能的设计思想[1],修改原处理工艺设计,对主要土建构筑物节能可行性进行研究分析[2],提出符合节能环保要求和满足污水处理厂工艺土建构筑物设计方案,达到了节能减排的目标三1一工程概况1.1一基本简况福利康制药有限公司位于浙睹化工工业园内,占地415亩,注册资金2.3亿元,主要生产抗癌中药新药生白口服液(合剂)和一清颗粒二治带胶囊三设计年生产能力为生白口服液2300万支二生白合剂300万瓶二470万袋颗粒二8亿片胶囊三
