第五部分:消防措施危险特性:其蒸气与空气可形成爆炸性混合物,遇明火、高热能引起燃烧爆炸有害燃烧产物:一氧化碳二氧化碳水灭火方法:消防人员须佩戴防毒面具、穿全身消防服,在上风向灭火。
尽可能将容器从火场移至空旷处。
喷水保持火场容器冷却,直至灭火结束。
处在火场中的容器若已变色或从安全泄压装置中产生声音,必须马上撤离。
灭火剂:雾状水、泡沫、干粉、二氧化碳、砂土。
第六部分:泄漏应急处理应急行动:建议应急处理人员穿防护工作服,严格限制人员出入。
尽可能切断泄漏源。
防止进入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。
小量泄漏:尽可能将溢漏液收集在密闭容器,用锯末、砂子或其它具有吸附能力的物质充分吸收。
大量泄漏: 构筑围堤或挖坑收容。
用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。
第七部分:操作处置与储存操作注意事项:密闭操作,注意通风。
操作人员必须经过专门培训,严格遵守操作规程。
穿防静电工作服,戴橡胶耐油手套。
远离火种、热源,工作场所严禁吸烟。
防止蒸气泄漏到工作场所空气中。
避免与氧化剂接触。
搬运时要轻装轻卸,防止包装及容器损坏。
配备相应品种和数量的消防器材及泄漏应急处理设备。
倒空的容器可能残留有害物。

将原油样品放入比预定脱水温度低5~10℃的恒温水浴中,预热至水浴温度,再恒温0.5h,同时进行搅拌; 将处理后的原油倒入离心试管中至80或100ml刻度,水浴加热至预定的脱水温度; 用微量注射器注入定量的原油破乳剂,手动摇200次; 记录不同时间分出水量,油水界面状态,是否有乳化层和挂壁; 测最终油含水量及污水含油量。

从化学性能来看,原油破乳剂有四大基本性质:第一,原油破乳剂的扩散吸附性能。
该性能是指在油水中注入破乳剂后,原油破乳剂分子会发挥吸附能力,在油水界面膜上进行扩散。
如果破乳剂的扩散吸附性能良好,就会彻底破坏油水界面膜,破乳剂用量也比较少,原油脱水速度快,出水量多,原油质量稳定。

在油水界面中注入破乳剂分子,界面膜的乳状会被破坏。
原油破乳剂如果能对界面膜上的胶质、沥青质、石蜡和各种固体颗粒起到良好的润湿翻转作用,就水平该破乳剂有良好的脱水效果,破乳剂分子也会替代之前的界面膜,实现油水分离。
简而言之,如果选用的原油破乳剂润湿性能越良好,其脱水效果更佳[1]。

本产品由阿克苏诺贝尔的烷氧基树脂类油溶性破乳剂、超高分子量(5.0×104~5.0×106)聚醚类破乳剂与强电解质类脱盐助剂和重芳烃复配而成。
具有极强的表面活性,能中和与取代乳化剂分子,降低液滴的界面张力和界面膜强度。
使分散在原油中的细小水滴互相聚集而逐渐变大沉降。
破乳性能优异,高效广谱,脱水脱盐效率高、速度快、油水界面齐、低温脱水性能好,脱后污水油含量低。
可以用来解决重质原油W/O稳定乳液的破乳问题。

1、将本产品泵入破乳剂储罐中,用芳烃配制成需要浓度的溶液,用计量泵注入电脱盐装置破乳剂注入管线上(也可以用小型计量泵直接从装剂桶中注入到破乳剂管线上)。
2、轻质和中质原油破乳,投加量5~10mg/L。
重质原油破乳,投加量15~20mg/L。
3、禁止与其它破乳剂复合使用,以免发生反应而堵塞管线。
4、输送时切忌选用橡胶管等高分子材料,最好选用不锈钢软管。
包装、贮存与安全
1、200升铁桶或者镀锌桶包装,每桶净重180Kg。
2、本品应置于干燥、阴凉、通风处密闭常温保存。
有效期1年。
