4. Basic condition:
1). Designer score of work:
A. Provide design services
a). Submit design proposal;
b). Provide detail working drawing;
c). Provide 1 nos. of perspective drawing for each apartment;
d). Provide E&M service working drawing (include lighting,
electrical socket, telephone, computer, TV outlet and drainage
system). If E&M service have special requirement separate
consultant fee will be charge.
B. Provide site co-ordination service
a) Provide detail briefing to main contractor;
b) Solve all design problem during work progress;
c) Responsible for all inspection;
d) Responsible for changing design drawing according to
client instruction.
2).After signing of the contract on client should provide
Architectural drawing to designer. And designer should carry out
site report for design proposal.
3).After signing of contract, before designer should submit
design proposal to client for approval. This including layout plan,
sketch, perspective and basic sample.
4).After design proposal designer follow client instruction to complete
detail drawing and together with final sample board on .

a). After signing of contract 50% deposits (¥ ).
b). After completion of working drawing 40% of design fee (¥ ).

9. Designer has the “Design copy right” of the contract. If designer need to
use this original design to other place should get the approval from client.

11. If any dispute arise, and can‟t solve by negotiation, then contract should
submit to legal authorizes for final judgment.
