”听不懂，还不努力，书面功课拖拉不交，口头功课根本不完成，如此一来，研究自然成了件头痛事，打扰事。
其实，大部份的学生还得处于中间层次，老师所教的，所布置的功课能够基础完成，但研究的效率又因人而异，存在着个体差别。
尽管她们平时不需要老师操太多的心，费太大的力，但是说起各方面的表现，又总有一丝遗憾，咱们总希望她们能够再上一个台阶。

二、学科简介今年由于新课程计划的规范实施，学期时间的短促，教材内容知识点的增多，加之新作息时间的规定，和一些零零总总的规章制度的约束，使得我们的教学时间万分的紧张，我为什么不说十分，说万分，我相信每个家长都能理解这个万分的含义。
特别是数学教学，知识点是一环扣一环，哪个环节的疏漏都会给以后的学习带来很大的影响。
而且我们这个学校学习的几个内容都是比较复杂的，对于部分同学来说，可能是属于比较难理解的。

小学四年级英语教师家长会发言稿范文
大家好，很荣幸今天有这样一次机会和大家一起切磋，共同探讨孩子的教育问题，我
相信每位家长都有自己很丰富的、独到的有经验，我的做法也仅代表我个人，耽误大家宝
贵的时间，请允许我跟大家交流一下我在家是怎样配合老师帮助孩子复习巩固英语的。
学习是孩子自己的事。他必须明白他必须学会对自己负责。我只起到指导、帮助和监
督的作用，要求他长期坚持以下几点：
1、上新课前按老师要求进行预习。先熟悉课文内容，听几遍课文听力，听熟为止。
生字词查阅词典，有不会的圈划出来，作为听课重点。
2.新课后放学回家时，首先让孩子解释当时圈内的困难。首先，加深孩子的印象，其
次，了解孩子在课堂上是否认真听讲。然后背诵，熟练阅读后背诵，然后听写。应该强调
这一点。当我第一次接触英语时，我发现孩子们可以阅读和背诵，但在写作中会犯错误。
因此，听写也非常重要。
3、我会跟孩子用新学的句型造句或对话，进行巩固拓展，其中如果出现语法错误，
我会及时提醒纠正。（因为我的发音很不标准，我会事先跟孩子说请忽略我糟糕的发音，
你应该指出我发音错误，但不要受我影响。）
4.作业当天，只检查作业是否完成，书写是否认真，不检查对错。当孩子第二天带着
老师批注的作业回来时，我会核对对错。每个错误的问题都要求孩子自己分析错误的问题，
然后纠正它。这是为了让孩子们意识到他们应该对家庭作业的准确性负责。将来，他们会
更仔细地听，更专注于家庭作业。
5、课外补充一些培养兴趣和语感的事。我家在城北，离学校比较远，路上不堵车也
得二十五分钟左右，路上时间会让孩子听英语故事，一开始是比较简短的泡泡少儿英语故
事，三年级开始听外语教学与研究出版社出版的轻松英语名作欣赏，里面都是些耳熟能详
的故事，比如匹诺曹，丑小鸭，小飞侠等等，每一本都是经过改编整理成几十页的小故事，
内容有趣。兴趣的培养我觉得蛮重要的，因此，一开始不要给孩子压力，就每天听，坚持
不懈，忽然有一天，你就发现他会复述了，而且是绘声绘色。这个时候，就可以跟孩子分
角色来扮演故事里的人物，孩子会更来劲。当这一本能够进行课本剧表演了，才会给孩子
买下一本来听，吊足孩子胃口。
6.考试前，将提醒孩子复习，找出遗漏并填补空缺；考试后不要担心孩子的考试成绩。
如果你考试考得好，告诉你的孩子，这种学习方法不久前就奏效了。你的学习态度很好，
应该保持；如果你在考试中表现不好，分析你孩子的错误类型，讨论解决方案，努力在下
次取得进步。
最后，我觉得孩子的学习是长期的反复的行为，我能想到和做到的就是及时向老师了
解孩子的课堂情况，针对孩子的个性特点，采取合适的方法，帮助孩子形成良好的学习习
惯，培养学习兴趣，让孩子在英语学习路上走得既快乐又踏实。不足之处还请大家指正，
