日语水平考试NNS大纲日语水平考试NNS大纲NNS的考试标准是从水平描述、语言知识、语言运用三个方面进行定位的。
“水平描述”对本考试当前和今后潜在的考生群体的受教育程度和工作背景等作了必要的参考性解释，但并不意味着每个考生都必须具备这些条件。
NNS是面向社会的、开放的、非学历性日语考试。
考生不受职业、年龄和学历背景等方面的限制。
一般而言，只要考生认为自己具备了相应的水平，便可参加本考试。
“语言知识”对考生应掌握的语法和词汇知识作了必要的说明。
“语言运用”对考生应能处理的材料类型以及应具备的技能作了说明。
其语言运用能力的定义和分类建立在交际性语言活动模式的基础上。
交际性语言活动模式是近二三十年来在国际外语教学界发展起来的一种新模式。
它从语言交际活动出发，从产出、接受、互动及中介活动等方面对语言技能进行说明。
产出活动包括口语的产出和书面语的产出，指语言使用者生成口语或书面语，被一个或多个听众或读者所接受。
接受活动包括听觉接受(听力)、视觉接受(阅读)，以及视听接受(看电影或录像等)，指语言使用者作为听众、读者或观看者接受并加工口头、书面或视听语言。
在产出和接受活动中，语言使用者通常是语言的直接主导者，不受其他人的干扰。
然而许多交际活动，如对话等是互动的。
换言之，参与者交替充当产出者和接受者，通过双方合作性的交流共同构建对话。
所以互动通常是指参与者多次交替地进行产出和接受活动。
多数情况下，语言使用者产生口头或书面语言来表达他们自己的意思，但有些时候，他们也可能作为一种交流渠道，为两个或更多的由于语言不同或其它原因不能直接相互交流的人做中介。
中介活动包括口头翻译、书面翻译、以及当原有的语言对于其针对的对象过于生涩难懂时进行概述和解释等。
中介的过程可以是互动的，也可以不是。
NNS对考生的产出、接受和互动活动能力进行测试，而不对中介活动进行测试。
