• Hip: Buttocks(臀部) • Hop: Jump by one leg • Hip-Hop: Shake Buttocks • hip-hop是20多年前始于美国街头的一种黑人 文化，也泛指rap（说唱乐）。hip-hop 文化的 表现方式包括、street dance（街 舞）、 Graffiti（涂 鸦 艺 术）Rap（说唱乐）、DJ （打碟）、 beat box等等。 因此rap 加上其 它舞蹈、服饰、生活态度等才构成完整的hiphop 文 化。

爵士舞动作的本质是一 种自由而纯朴的表现， 直接把内心的感受用身 体的颠，抖，扭表达出 来。就像我们听到喜欢 的音乐，能从内心自然 的流露出感情，身体就 不由自主的随著音乐节 奏而活动。
Raggae（雷鬼舞）：雷鬼有许多胯部扭动的动作，并且还有生体
上的wave，和poping小而精的wave不一样，雷鬼的很大而且狂野。
Hiphop(自由舞）
是人们最常接触的 一种舞蹈，它有着 幅度大而简单的舞 步，能够表现出复 杂的舞感。因为容 易学习，跳起来也 相当好看，所以很 受大众喜爱。

一、历史起源
街舞是美国黑人由一种发泄情绪的运动演绎成的街边 文化，特色是爆发力强，在舞动时，肢体所做的动作亦较 其他舞蹈夸张。最吸引人之处，是以全身的活力带来热情 澎湃的感觉。
Old School的音乐有非常快的节拍来配合Breaking的动作,而后随 着Hip-Hop音乐的演进，Hip-Hop的节奏变慢，Breaking动作便不适合 了。因为如果在这种慢板的Hip-Hop音乐中作风车或排腿(Footwork)之 类的动作,会觉得一点爆发力都没有,甚至失去其舞感。此时Old School 与New School的舞蹈就开始分家了,那是在1986年左右。
随着全民健身活动的兴起，街舞作为健身运动的一种也进入了各大城 市的健身中心。许多舞蹈、戏曲、杂技的专业从业者也开始练习街舞，街 舞在各个艺术院校中广为传播。在大学校园中，许多舞蹈社团也组织起来 练习街舞；中学生利用课余时间从事街舞活动则更为普遍，他们在各大城 市的居民社区中形成了青少年所特有的社区文化。中央电视台5套体育频 道在几年前就开设了街舞教学节目（虽然教授的并不是纯正的街舞），3 套舞蹈世界在2003年春节前也播出了特邀北舞堂拍摄的街舞专题节目。 作为一种为青少年所喜爱的文化体育活动，街舞在全国各地已经广泛传播 开来。
BREAKING DANCE【霹雳舞蹈】--它结合中国功夫—真是 受不了的给它了不起啦! 在许多的 BREAKING舞蹈动作里面加 入了中国功夫，动作翻、扑、滚、摔...什么怪花招都有，厉害 吧!! 一般人没练过的话是不会的（天才例外）。有--排腿、前后 侧空/手翻、跳转、蛙转、风车、直升机、霹雳摔、鞍马、头转 …以及各式组合。以旋转为ห้องสมุดไป่ตู้，翻身为辅。但绝对不是耍猴戏 …有相当的危险性在。
