五月中旬，学校成立了汪兴平副院长任组长，教务处邓明会处长、外国语学院李权文院长任副组长，各相关职能部门一把手、二级学院院长组成的过级考试领导小组，召开了领导小组会议，李清政副院长代表院行政参加了领导小组会议，要求各级部门及教学单位高度重视，维护国家级考试的权威性，做好考试的各种前期准备工作，按程序落实工作任务，严格责任追究制度。
6月20日，汪兴平副院长根据省考试院的最新文件精神，并结合我校的实际情况，对考务工作中各个环节又进行了强调和重要安排，确保考前的各项准备工作充分、全面。
考试过程中，学校领导戴小明院长、汪兴平副院长亲临考务办公室指导工作，并陪同省巡视员到各考场巡视。
2．各部门通力配合，前期工作准备充分教务处在接到省教育考试院通知后，对整个考试准备过程作了精心的布置安排，在认真分析情况的基础上，制定了详细完善的考试实施细则和应急预案，以及各责任单位的工作职责，落实了各级责任制。
在保卫处的配合下，加强了保密室的建设和管理。
6月13日和6月20日分别召开了此次考试的领导小组工作会议、考务工作办公室会议、校内巡视员及二级学院考务工作培训会议、全校监考教师培训会议共四次会议，确保考务准备工作充分到位。

三、此次报名方式采用“直接确认”进行报名的方式（即学生只需一次确认）。
参加报名学生直接在“签字栏”进行签字；签字表示：确认报名，必须本人签字，不允许代签。
不报名的学生不需要签字，不签字表示：不报名。
四、根据社考院及学校要求，2012年12月的大学英语四、六级考试，我校仍不使用校园广播进行听力部分的放音。
请各学院学管办特别提醒考生必须自备具有FM和AM功能的收音机。
考试当日若因考生没有自备具有FM和AM功能的收音机而影响考试，后果由考生自负。
五、采用“直接确认”报名方式，共分为四个阶段完成。
第一阶段为：教务处直接将10级、11级（未通过四、六级考试的学生）导入报名软件进行编排；第二阶段为：各二级学院组织学生在发放的“报名校对册”上直接确认报名并核对报名信息及缴费；第三阶段为：教务处根据上交的“报名校对册”进行最终的数据整理及编排；第四阶段为：数据上交的整理工作。

关于2012年上半年全国大学英语四、六级（小语种）考试报名的通知
2012年上半年全国大学英语四、六级报名工作现已开始。
本次考试开设小语种。
具体报名事宜如下：
一、报名对象：我校全日制在校统招生。
（自考学生在继续教育学院单独报名，报名资格要求相同）
1、大学英语四级：我校2008级非英语专业本科生、2009、2010级非英语专业在校本、专科生可报考。
2、大学英语六级：大学英语四级成绩达到425分以上（含425分）者可以报考。
3、小语种（德/俄/日/法）四级：我校2008级本科生、2009、2010级在校本、专科生可报考。
4、日语六级：日语四级成绩及格者可以报考。
二、报名费用：
报名费用：30元/人
三、报名时间与报名程序：
注意：本次网报截止时间为3月22日24：00！到时系统将自动关闭，请需要报名的学生及时上网报名！
四、注意事项：
1、本次考试不接受未网报的学生（网报截止时间为：3月22日），各班签字确认单不得添加学生信息！
2、将签字确认的名单与交费收据请在3月27日17：00前一起交至行政楼一楼教务处104室，四六级报名工作才算全部结束。
逾期教务处未收到确认名单与收据的做自动放弃处理！（继续教育学院集体报名单上交时间亦同于此）
3、由学校组织在外实习的学生请各学部指定专人负责，仍以班为单位缴费报名。
4、请各学部认真组织学生对网报信息进行核对，确认无误后签字，报名数据一经上报省教育考试中心院将无法更改。
报名数据上报后，发现有误，考生签字由考生本人负责，考生未签字由各学部负责。
5、2011级学生不得报名（含小语种）；非本校学生不得报名；已毕业的学生不得报名；外国语学部学生不得报考大学英语四级；严禁一人同时报四六级。
如果报错，系统自动取消，报名费不退。
6、各学部（含继续教育学院）不得接收社会考生报考，发现一起查处一起。
7、在2011年6月、12月四六级考试中有违纪及雷同卷记录的学生本次不得报考。
如果报考，系统将自动取消，报名费不退。
8、大学英语四级、小语种（德/俄/日/法）四级考试时间为6月16日上午9:00-11:20（11:15）；
大学英语六级，日语六级考试时间为6月16日下午15:00-17:20。
9、考生不得以临时身份证、身份证复印件、户口薄或其他形式的证明代替身份证原件参加考试。
