2013年休斯敦国际贸易促进委员会中国访问团介绍和访问目的休斯敦国际贸易促进委员会是世界石油能源之都-休斯敦著名的非政府组织，
坐落在集中了世界著名的海洋工程装备企业总部的美国德克萨斯州，详细的介绍请见附件。
休斯敦国际贸易促进委员会此次访问天津滨海新区，是应休斯敦国际贸易促进委员会理事，中海国际海洋石油装备公司总裁王建强先生的邀请，了解“3000马力模块钻机”的生产情况，并且筹备“2014年休斯敦海洋工程大会”天津代表团的筹备和组织情况。
此次参加访问的代表团成员，包括休斯敦几家著名石油装备和海洋工程的企业的总裁，主要目的是进一步洽谈“海洋工程”设备采购，技术转让和在中国投资生产制造基地等相关事宜。
