本单元话题围绕学习本身,讲述了学习的障碍及对应的解决办法,对学生有重要意义。Section A内容上侧重英语学习的方法,需要学生学习、训练相关的语言内容及技能。从编排上看,1a主题图及该部分所列短语呈现了英语学习的几种方法,如:by working with friends,by making word cards,by asking the teacher for help等。通过对学习方法的呈现及表达,引导学生认识“by+动词-ing”结构。然后通过后面的听力练习、口头交流、及语篇阅读等任务或活动对目标语言进行多维操练,达到帮助学生熟练掌握运用的目的。
