三级考试中汉译英考题相对简单，基本都是简单句，很少有复杂的句子，时态也以现在时和过去时为主，在翻译时最应该注意的是如何选用正确的英文句子结构。
在这一部分，编者将重点讲解英文中常见的句子结构，同时涉及到英文中一些常见的句型，辅以难度适中的习题供考生练习与测试。
翻译的基本方法：直译与意译首先应当指出，直译不是死译，而是指基本保留原有句子结构，照字面意思翻译。
